The crew at this Firestone location went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and fully repaired. The staff was friendly and polite the entire time and fixed the car in a day. Highly recommend this location.

I have used the services at Saddle Brook Firestone on and off for about 30 years. I have always been satisfied with the level of service and professionalism of all that work there. The pricing is fair and they are always informative about what needs to be done and when it should be done. I will continue to use Saddle Brook Firestone for both my vehicles going forward.

Service is the worse had an appointment at 9am drop the car at 8:44 went back 5 hours later and the car was parked same spot where I parked the car

On June 28th, 2024, my father scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 9am. He waited nearly three hours and had to ask a worker what was taking so long, where he was told that "they didn't get to it yet". He then made a new appointment for July 1st, 2024 at 10am.
On the July 1st appointment, my father dropped his vehicle off and waited in the lobby. He was told at around 11am that additional work needed to be done on the vehicle and should be finished at approximately 4pm; we agreed. My father waited in the store and did not retrieve his vehicle until 7:57pm.
This type of service and lack of clear communication frustrates us. We have used this location for over two decades but the quality of service over the past few years has been rapidly declining. I contacted the Firestone complaint hotline on complaint #2827731 and am awaiting a follow up. I recommend taking your vehicle to get serviced at a different Firestone location.

Lair, they are the most lair people in the world, I install my front tires , new tires. For 5 months the tires is broken, they not working good, they not doing good xhab, not giving the warranty for the tires, they holding the garbage tires, I recommend to all my friends and family, too change the store,

Came an hour before closing to patch a flat tire. They said they were closing too soon and refused to patch the flat. Do not waste your time.

Immediately after Firestone opened on a Sunday morning, Ethan was without help from his technical crew, but graciouly handled two customers ahead of me. He carefully explained the options for my tire, which was going flat, and promised to inform me later after it was evaluated. When he called me at home not long after, he gave me great options with a discount for four new tires, which it turned out my vehicle badly needed. Thank you, Ethan and Firestone tech crew!

Never, and I mean never, bring your car here. They always "find something wrong". I've been trying to overlook this as I recently moved back to the area and want to support local businesses. This recent event though will be the end of that. Brought my car in for an oil change yesterday.Made sure they were aware that I had an important 10 hour drive Friday.Was told it would be done by 4pm. Get a call saying it won't be done and it will be finished tomorrow as I probably have a busted strut. A busted strut? Well that escalated quickly. Next morning comes and I get a call saying they can't open the hood. But I thought it was started yesterday? They will now need to fix the hood... ok. Remind them I have a big drive the next day. Wait all day, don't hear back. Call at 3:30 and then, only then do they tell me my car won't be serviced at all.

Tires look new but the car was shaking after 50 miles per hour they said was the rims but the tires I had before it never shake, I went back so they can double check, they keep saying the rims, I saw the reviews here u guys don’t have good rate so it’s not only
Me. I just took pics of what they left on my rims just found out today while doing car wash .

I was having an issue with my Jeeps brakes. Firestone analyzed the problem and explained to me the issue. The brakes were is rough shape but they were confident that they will have it fixed within then estimated time. As estimated to me; the Jeep was ready on time.

I have been a costumer of Firestone I'm saddle brook for about 2 years now and throughout these two years I've have multiple bad experiences with them. Last year (2023) I took my 2014 Tacoma for an alignment and in the course of two months I had to take it back to their shop three times for they could just not fix it correctly. Needless to say this was a huge waste of my time and money. Also towards the end of that same year, I did an oil change here like I normally did but this time they forgot to screw the cap back on (at the top of the engine) and I drove it this way for two months until one day I open the hood to clean the engine and everything else inside the hood just to find oil all over the place. Lastly, on 04/24/24 I took my truck again for an oil change and they left a puddle of oil on the cover under the engine, this time I checked it before leaving the shop and found a puddle of oil sitting on the cover under the engine, when I ask the technician he said to me "not to worry, you'll loose that on the way home". I'm very disappointed and honestly I don't think I will be bringing my truck back for service.

Don’t waste your time. High price repairs that are never resolved. Go to a local mechanic. Stay away!! So corporate writes a follow up below but no email address or phone number. Unbelievable!!

Took my car to get serviced after calling and confirming a price. When I get to the location Raphael Torres sets it up for drop off and gives me a grand total. They are full of it and a scam had to pay 150 more then what was said because of his mistake
I don’t recommend them to anyone unless you like giving money away
On top of that service wasn’t done right had to wait longer for them to fix it
