Worst place I ever been to in my life. People at the front desk are incompetent. I ordered tires , which was shipped to this location. Then they tell me they won’t be able to do the installation. Truly upsetting. I will never come back to this location.

My car had sustained some fairly significant damage when I hit something in the road. Mike and Joe were very considerate and understanding. They explained what needed to be fixed and explained why those repairs were necessary for my car to run safely. They also saved the parts that were damaged to show me what was wrong. Where they went beyond the call of duty was in reassuring me that I had done the right thing in hitting the object (despite the damages) since swerving would have necessitated hitting other cars or the median divider. I realize that this was common sense, but I know they both sensed that I was upset with the damage I had caused, and they went out of their way to reassure me. Mike and Joe are the reason I keep returning to Firestone in Saddlebrook.

Let me start this review by saying, I myself am a previous employee of Firestone. Hence why I always take my car to Firestone’s because I know they do good work. This location in Saddle Brook however is the WORST location I have ever gone to.This is the second time I’ve brought my cars here. The first time, I had the same experience; but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt by going a second time on 01/04/23 for my Honda Pilot.Both times, I walked in and no one greeted me. All the employees were talking and wouldn’t acknowledge that I just walked in. Both times I did not get a phone call that my car was ready. I ended up calling and the employee said both times “I left you a voicemail message.” When I never got one.In this event on 01/04/23, I told them I wanted my tires replaced and the employee advised me that I would get a free alignment check. I didn’t get a phone call to advise me my car was ready and when I did call, they didn’t even mention that they did the alignment check. Little did they know, if they did happen to do the alignment check, I was willing to pay however much it was for my tires to be aligned as I have a daughter and safety and reliability is always first.As a former employee of the Wayne and Haledon location, I’m truly disappointed. Especially because I know first hand how customer service in these shops run and #2, this location is close to my house. However I will no longer or ever be coming back here again.

Had a problem with what seemed to be a valve stem. Was told need to replace the tires. Agreed to do this . Declined the tire protection plan and somehow the next day had a flat and the same problem with the valve stem. Told I had a bolt on the tire. Seemed odd to me another $30 to fix this. See what happens next I guess.

Wheel balance, and check my battery, and end up something else had to be done, thank God I'm happy with the job but a lil pricey, they should offer coffee for the customer that is waiting for service especially when is cold.

this place is a scam, they are going to destroy your car , especially if you have a bmw or a Mercedes. Stay away from this place.

Friendly and professional. I did make an appointment and they took care of me right away. My car was ready in a reasonable amount of time.

I took my care for break service. When I picked up the car, I noticed the windshield had a big crack. I told manager the windshield was not broken before they started working on it. I asked him to show the picture of the video while leaving the garage or inside the garage but he refused for any co-operation. I also told him that I can show you a picture from my home video camera that shows no damage to the windshield when I left to drop the car off for brake service.
