I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this store. Their return/exchange policy is not only restrictive but completely unreasonable. I made a purchase just before closing, and when I returned the next day hoping to exchange or return it, I was told this wasn’t possible. This policy does not align with the actual store experience, and it makes no sense to enforce such strict rules without flexibility. It’s clear that “policy” matters more than customer satisfaction here. Their online and in person policy doesn't match.
Additionally, they have a “no children” policy, but there is no clear distinction by age. Treating a 12-year-old the same as a 2-year-old is nonsensical and inconvenient for parents. When I brought up my concerns with an employee named Janet, her response was dismissive and indifferent, showing a total lack of care for customer service.
To make matters worse, the store’s phone line doesn’t even reflect holiday hours, adding to the frustration of trying to communicate. Overall, this store seems more concerned with enforcing rigid policies than with building a loyal customer base. I won’t be shopping here again, and I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience.

Omg!, when I go there I'm like a kid in a candy store. Their flowers are so real alike the have the best products for making anything you want from birthday party's to wedding's.

Overall, prices were ok but they require a membership from a business owner to shop if not you have to pay $5 for a "day pass" to shop. Also no children allowed that included babies, strollers, toddlers,and children under 13.

Such a beautiful store but not so great experience. This is a wholesale store. To shop in this store you need to purchase a membership, a $5 one day trial pass or the $10 membership which is good for 5 years. But to purchase the $10 membership you need to have a "business". That's what the employee told me at the membership office. They don't accept any returns/exchanges despite having a clear sign on the office window regarding their return policy. There prices are overly expensive for everything for example the Christmas trees ($500 & up), the ribbons($40+). The stems are about $3+, but if you buy a pack of 5 you pay the total amount per stem ($3x5 stems = $15) instead of having a cheaper/discounted price for buying in bulk.
I bought a ribbon that was about $44 and won't be using it and now I can't return it because of their return policy.

As a Figurine Painter, I was considering buying my figurines from G&G Distributors as they have a bigger stock, but their prices are a little high as I pay $14 each through my current supplier for these same Angels, I can't afford to pay $25 each for these. If they lower their price I'll switch, otherwise I'm forced to stick with my current supplier. Still, they have really nice stuff at G&G.

I'm absolutely in love with the smile face planters from G&G Distributors! They're the perfect base for creating fun and festive candy bouquets. I used one to make a candy bouquet for a birthday party, and it was a huge hit! The planter is sturdy and well-made, and the bright yellow color is just cheerful. I've attached a picture of the finished product – it turned out even better than I expected! I highly recommend these planters to anyone looking for a unique and creative way to display their candy.

Drove almost an hour to be turned away from entering the store because no children allowed. I asked the lady in the front to please give me a quick 5 minutes to browse what I needed but she refused.
Note, I had called earlier to ensure they were open and they said yes. It would have been good to post on your website and to mention to people ahead of time when they call that children are not allowed in your facility this way we can prepare ahead of time.
I did not find it funny that I drove all the way from central Jersey only to turned away. Post on your website and let people know in advance.

I found this gem of a place via an online search and so happy I did! Ordered a few different colored silk roses and they are so realistic-looking and beautiful and you can't beat the price point! I even found sprays of Veronica Longifolia, which were perfect for my floral arrangement. Will definitely be ordering from G&G again!

I ordered some flowers from here and they got lost in the mail. I reached out and they sent me another one. I got them in time for my event and they are so beautiful. Everyone has commented on how real they look. I will be ordering from them in the future. Highly recommend!!!
