brought my jeep in without an appointment , had a ticking sound in engine area. done within two weeks and that's just cause dealing with insurance . Silent as mouse when starting up and drives smooth like when i first bought it. highly recommend.

Headmaster's on 263 US Highway 46 Saddle Brook New Jersey 07 663 was highly recommended to me by multiple people as very good responsible caring outgoing to help customers with their vehicles so I took my 2011 Grand Jeep Cherokee Limited 5.7 v8 spoke to one of their top men in their name Carl that my vehicle had a loud ticking noise coming from the engine which he allegedly inspected and said I know exactly what it is I deal with these engines all the time it's the lifters you will have to leave your vehicle and we will take care of it so I explained to him that I had a coverage on it which was a partial coverage they will only cover 2400 when it was all over said and done my bill was $4,075.71 and I still have the loud ticking noise on my vehicle so I went back and was told that now it was the bottom part of the engine and they will have to take the engine apart again which I totally disagreed for the fact that they kept my vehicle for over two and a half months and gave it back to me the same is not worse condition that I gave it to them this has been the worst experience for such a high-quality recommendation mechanic in the process I'm taking them to court since my vehicle is still the same and I'm $4,075.71 out of pocket I would not recommend them to anyone sad how people take advantage of people for a buckService: Engine repair

Headmaster Automotive worked with me to replace an engine in my Ford - F150 pick up truck through an extended warranty policy. The process was very difficult because the warranty company tried everything they could not to pay for the replacement, but ultimately Headmasters Automotive got it done!

Robbed me over charged me kept my vehicle for seven days without touching returned it back to me dirty smelling like oil mistreated me verbally. Would not let me speak to owner and on the eighth day denied my repairs and asked if I could pickup my vehicle without hesitation and I did had no sympathy for disabled vehicle with ramp to transport two people in a wheelchair first mechanic I've ever heard of to charge a 50 percent deposit before even starting repairs to hell u shall go god don't like ugly you have never seen him and rest assured he gives better service and he don't need a deposit

I decided to take my car to a shop after my engine decided to go bad, turned out that the engine was in so bad of shape it needed to be replaced. I got my engine and after careful consideration (and close proximity to my apartment) decided to go with Headmaster Auto in Saddle Brook. Amazing group of folks willing to do whatever it took to get my car done in a timely and efficient manner. I even had a little issue that got resolved real quick. All in all I'd say that Headmaster Auto is an amazing location to get your car worked on. They are fair, affordable and a great group of guys. Manny, many thumbs up!

We brought our Honda S2000 engine to this place because of overheating. So far, it is running well. 9/5/2018Update:6/7/2020 - the temperature went up again. The car had 147.261 miles back in 2018, now it has 150.410. They even replaced the thermostat housing in March 2020. I emailed the business and their response was basically that the warranty expired (6 months or 6.000 miles).At this point, I feel so frustrated not only because I already paid them almost $4.000 dollars to repair the car but the business doesn't care to provide a job well done. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this business.

this place is the worst service center ever and they do not have professionalism!! they never respond call back to customer’s request and charge too much money without fixing. Of course no refund and no responsibilities about their services!!!! they are able to kill other people on the road by most dangerous condition’s car!!!! DO NOT GO THIS PLACE SERIOUSLY

I was referred to Headmaster when my Jeep's engine was causing a lot of trouble and no one could figure out what was going on. They got the work done and went above and beyond to call me to make sure all was ok. Reasonable and professional!
