"I arrived at the store just before closing time, expecting to receive service as a long-time customer. Unfortunately, Danny did not provide any assistance, which left me feeling disappointed with the level of customer service and professionalism. This is not the first time I've encountered issues at this branch, and it's becoming a recurring problem. I hope the management takes steps to improve the customer experience and address these concerns in the future."

Horrible customer service! Company refused to sell one of my employees an electrical cover because he didn’t have an electrical license. Our company is doing all the work in this industrial park. Our company is licensed . These idiots just lost a lot of business !!!

From Technics services.The lady receptionist who answered the phone she is very discrimination person. She never understood what I said. She hung up my call. Always the same situation with her. Please, the store supervisor need to check how she is working she is not good employee and work lack appropriate manners. She was rude and disrespectful.I asked her for Spanish people to can help me and she refused to transfer my call with other employees. If she not understand me because my ascent she need to transfer my call to another person. Her attitude looks like discrimination. Poor quality in attention.
