The icing on the cake was AIO's moving crew. Though I was on the other side of the country, the movers were on time and very helpful to daughter. Though her belongs were small and took up less than an eighth of the truck size space, they treated it with the same care as a full sized move.

We were flexible with the delivery window. They gave us a two to three week window for the cross country move. And AIO delivered on-time and within budget.

The only suggestion I have for AIO is to have some sort of online tracking of the move, similar to FedEx or UPS. With today's technology and apps this should be fairly easy to implement. And it would have earned a 5 star rating.
