I should have asked how much copying costs, but down a few blocks at Columbia it's 10 or 15 cents which I assumed would be the same here. Turns out they use the same home machine I have. But, nice people, so I am looking it as special support to them just because they are helpful people”

“West Side Stationer’s welcoming, helpful owner Paul, staff and tax-pro Meena on wedt 99 at 2620 Broadway, NYC are like an extension to my work they are my print shop, purchasing department, and advidors for proposals, grant applications, graphics and marketing. And publishing - all in one, online and onsite.

Unlike the big chains, they give personalized service, find or, if they don’t have something, get whatever I need to print, illustrate or package my work and communications so they look great for my freelance/home office and courses - and my communications with family/friends

“Cort furniture was able to supply my pillow fort in a pinch. I'm a 27 year old Dungeon Master as well as enthusiast of comfort architecture. I explained to the manager that I needed six thousand throw pillows for the Moroccan enspired pillow fort and they were more than willing to supply. Despite my mother screaming at me about wasting my money and life (After I flushed her Prozac), Cort furniture managed to deliver and install all of the construction materials. “I hired them do installs for 2 members of Congress and both times the level of professionalism is amazing. I get a response within in minutes when I email. MaryAnn in customer service is one of the greatest in the game. She asks the right questions and makes sure there are no issue from the beginning to the end. I have even dealt with Ryan the president directly and he is not above doing the work himself to get it done. My price was fair and didn't change. I got an email after the job was done, confirming and with a signed packing slip! Needless to say I will be using them for every single job in the area they cover. Thank you for making me look like a hero.”

“Mathew Goldman & Barry Greene were exceptionally helpful and dedicated to our office remodeling project for our Diamond Company's headquarters in Manhattan. We have a union building and they were able to find us union-certified installers for the furniture. The selections they offered Max-On, HON and National were vast and high in variety though maintaining fair pricing. They were swift with their replies, contacted us after-hours, via cellphone and maintained an open line of communication throughout the project vetting. They were able to also give their design team a list of ideas which they implemented into a set of drafts that we could show our team upon project proposal and clearly demonstrated their efficacy, intelligence, honest and fair professionalism. We are beyond grateful for their, help, assistance, guidance and look forward to working with them again in the near future!”

“It's very rare to find a company that still stands by its products and values customers so highly. I bought some supplies from Binding101, including a hole punch. To save on shipping, I had it delivered to a US address and therefore didn't receive my items for another two months - well out of the return period. Whilst the other items I ordered were of great quality, I was unhappy with the hole punch's design, so I contacted both the manufacturer and Binding101 to give my feedback. The manufacturer didn't care, but Binding101 intervened to negotiate with the manufacturer. Binding101 rescued the relationship and came to a more-than-satisfactory arrangement. In doing so, they secured my business and loyalty. Daisy at Binding101 is a joy to deal with. She is polite, friendly and determined to help. With her I felt like I was talking to the owner who took customer satisfaction seriously. I am very grateful for her assistance.”
