“I had an amazing experience at the Marriott Saddle Brook, and I especially want to recognize Katherine for her outstanding service. Katherine was absolutely wonderful throughout my stay. She was extremely kind, professional, attentive, and always made sure my room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. What really stood out was Katherine’s positive attitude and genuine care for the guests. She always greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. You can truly tell that she takes pride in her work and cares about providing excellent service. Katherine made my stay much more enjoyable and is exactly the type of employee every hotel should have. Marriott is very lucky to have her on their team. She absolutely deserves recognition for the exceptional service she provides. Thank you, Katherine, for making my stay such a great experience!”

“5 STARS+ to The Excelsior of Saddle Brook was a beautiful, elegant, and extravagant place. I did my daughter’s Sweet 16 there and Victor was amazing. He was very patient and helped my daughter have her dream Sweet 16. My daughter looked like a beautiful princess and the Excelsior was her castle. I highly recommend this place for your next party/event.”
