Manager on duty was horrible. "Roxana" (red haired woman) refused my returns even though it was within 2 days of purchase and I had the proper paper receipt. Apparently unused Christmas items are FINAL SALE. Extremely rude, unprofessional, walked away from us as we were talking to her. Never in my life have I encountered such a person like this working as a superior in a multi million dollar company where I shop at weekly. Customer service clearly is not her strong suit and corporate needs to be aware of this.

I was scanning items on the self service. Went there at 8:45. There was a Hispanic female worker with dyed red hair and we asked her why an item on the app said one price but it ringed out $15+ more when we checked out. She gave a bs excuse and walked away from us. She said something about that it's not this stores price even though on the app we had it for this location. When i told my husband should we not take it? She came by snatched it out of our hands and walked away. What kind of service is this? I had to stop my husband from getting the manager or telling her that we wanted the item.

This place is horrible. Dirty and shelves are empty. Staff are are rude. I will not recommend this location.

This stored sold me a service warranty with no value,after my item had a damage and they told me that it wasn't covered.This store and more like them like to offer service packages that are bogus.In this case was an air mattress that had a needle hole and was licking.Do not buy those warranties cause they don't work is a waste of money.Consumers are getting screwed left and right without knowing about these bad services.There is always a catch and is on the store's favor not on the consumer.Need an air mattress,then don't go to Walmart,their quality is as good as a Chinese product.

Walmart never minds troubling customers. Now they have a super stupid design: lock cheap things up. Very cheap stuff, such as toothbrushes, cold pills, etc. Just a few bucks. Wanna to buy? Press the ring to call their staff. There are numerous locks but very few staff. Keep on pressing the ring for 5 minutes, and no one shows up. I see many people waiting at different rings for the locked items.

I don't know who is in charge at this location but the close whenever they want. It's 7pm and they don't close till 11pm and they are turning people away. They wouldn't even tell me why. Don't go here. This is the worst Walmart.
