Horrible customer serviceI received a phone call from Wells Fargo advising me in an indirect way. It to visit this branch again.The manager wasn’t helpful neither friendly nor reflecting the standards because I was able to do the same exact transaction in another location 20 minutes away from this locationThe manager gave me an attitude to verify my identity which I was helpful and gave her all the informationMy ID and my social security number my ATM cardI was trying to find solutions to the manager for a very simple transaction which was a wire transferThe manager preferred to waste 15 minutes out of her precious time to look for scheduling an appointment for me in a different location other than simply handle the transactionThen I asked for a certified check for this time sensitive transaction which was closing on a houseThe wire I asked for was domestic wire. The certified check could have been approved from this manager or getting another approval over the phoneThis manager didn’t want to help for reasons that i really need to understandThe standards for this manager aren’t the same.I already closed one of my business accounts in wellsfargo last week and I will be closing more accounts in the near future if this is the way Wells Fargo will be supporting my business.

Worst bank branch I ever did business with. Desk staff very unprofessional and don't know what they are doing. Poor customer service. They Take advantage and provide wrong information to non American customers. You need to make stupid appointment to address any issues. In the mean time 2 ladies at the front desk are just chatting all day and doing nothing. Manager unprofessional as well.

I've had the best experiences at this branch especially when being assisted by a young man teller named Jamaal. He is proficient, always greets me with a smile, is very genuine and personable. (Something I don't always feel from the other staff). I've witnessed him with other customers, as I come in somewhat frequently, and the grand treatment is always present. He fully understands and embraces the true meaning of customer service. To him, we're more than a number! Management should definitely take notice and commend this young man. Thank you!

Although Juan may be one of our sports rivals (only because he's from Boston!), he's a wonderful teller and he's able to make the client feel well taken care of and reassured that they're at the right bank. I had an extreme circumstance happen at work where I haven't received my pay in over a month after moving all the way to NJ from FL. I had nothing but embarrassment to go in and talk with someone about a payment plan on a negative account just not to lose my account that I've had for years in good standing. I was blessed to have meet their manager Johnathan, explained the situation and embarrassment. I was heard out, I was given a sincere apology for my troubles, and he had gone above and beyond to give me a solution to my problem. He also thanked me for being a valued guest. The solution not only kept my account open and helped me out in more ways than one, but Johnathan made sure I will be a returning guest for this specific location. More banks and places need willing honest trustworthy hardworking individuals like Johnathan. I hope he gets the recognition and appreciation he deserves.
