I happen to stumble upon Wisco while scrolling through Instagram and I have to say that they’ve been amazing thus far! They understood exactly what I wanted, and the turnaround time was great! The staff is very welcoming and they helped me with little things that I needed to adjust with my logo. I highly recommend a service and they can count on me being a customer for life.

Placed an order online for pick-up and received a detailed invoice depicting that both the order was paid in full and ready for pick-up. Considering that my time is very limited; I decided to pick-up this order today. Upon arriving home; I checked the items packed in this order and noticed that two of the items were placed in this package in error. As shown on the invoice; I ordered two sweatpants NOT two sweaters.
I am very upset regarding this and quite confused as to why my order is inaccurate; when the order/invoice clearly reads two sweatpants size large. I need a resolution that works for me. As I mentioned earlier; my time is limited, so I sincerely hope delivery of these items to exchange for the items in error is a deserved courtesy in this instance.

As an end of the year gift I ordered shirts for my students. The quality of the shirts was excellent! Customer service responded quickly and the order was ready when promised. Couldn't be happier with Wisco!

I got there at 4:59 he was literally closing the door, he could have said we are closed but he let me pick up my items ( FYI They close at 5pm lol ) i ordered the same day and picked up the same day. They are awesome!!!
