I started training with Offer and his team at Xceed Fitness about 2 years ago. And it was one of the BEST decisions I could have ever made. I came in on a Living Social/Groupon type deal and really was only going to stay for the 2 week duration that it was good for, and then leave. I had made yet another New Year's resolution that I thought I would break, but this time was different. Not only did I stay, I haven't looked back since. Xceed Fitness is unlike anywhere you've been before! One of the things that I love about being here is the motivation. Offer, Dmitry, and Michael are great trainers. They always make you feel like you are doing a great job, and push you to succeed just when you think you can't go any further. They walk you through the Xceed experience, and help you figure out your weight loss and nutrition goals. You are assisted with nutrition planning as well as tailoring the workouts to suit your individual needs. Offer and his team are truly invested in your personal success, and are genuinely passionate about helping you achieve your goals. They help you set goals, and have new promotions that help motivate you to stay on board. They learn what your limits and strengths are, and help push you to never give up. And it is the most refreshed I've felt in a LONG time! You also NEVER feel intimidated either! Which was something I was afraid of going there, thinking I'd be alone, and wouldn't know anyone there. But I have made friends with many of the people in the class, and EVERYONE made me feel so welcome, and were nonjudgmental! I also love the nutrition planning as well as the promotions that they run. One of them is the 6 week Fight Against Fat promo that helps you lose body fat, inches and tone up. I managed to lose 4 inches during our last 6 week Fight Against Fat promo, and I've never felt better! And I can thank Offer for helping me to get motivated to do that, and to keep reaching for, and maintaining my goals! If you haven't already set a goal for yourself this year, you should think about stopping by Xceed or getting in touch with Offer to set up an appointment to come in and see one of the classes. You won't be disappointed!

I love Xceed Fitness!! The instructors are the absolute best! I have had such a great experience with everything from the first phone call, first meeting, the first class the members are great. I've been through many gym memberships, exercise classes and circuit trainng over the years and none of them have been as great and effective as Xceed Fitness Boot camp. I have had great results and made alot of progress in reaching my weight loss and fitness goals. I have lost over 155 pounds to date and have lost body fat and inches and the numbers keep going down, making a life style change, and a great fitness plan has changed my life and quality of life forever, I highly recommend Xceed Fitness!!
