“I love this place. I've been banking there for years. They know you by name and spend a lot of time with you reviewing options when it comes to taking out a loan. The credit card rate can't be beat. They've even called me when a payment was late to see if I want to pay it over the phone. You get to speak with real people, not just recordings. We've had several car loans and an equity loan through them. Their rates are very competitive.”

“Good Evening Google Family. This is my very first time visiting this location of Citizens. They had a drive through ATM which many people were taken advantage of. I utilized the ATM that was in the front. I was glad to see that. Of course someone was using it because I took too long to get out of the car. But then it was my turn and I spoke to the young man who had used it before me. I conducted my transaction and away I went. I had a great experience here and I would like to come back again. “It’s a nice bank; staff is friendly, the bank is getting better at training their employees. Normally going to pay extra on my loan, it takes them a while to figure out how to adjust the program to place the extra payment towards the principle. There’s also a lack of communication between the loan department and the bank staff. Other than that the girls are efficient and quick when it comes to deposits and withdrawals. They are cautious when it comes to others accounts and follow bank procedures to make sure they are being attentive with others money.”
