Almost all of these reviews are clearly done by whoever Karun is. This store hasn't been open in atleast 2 weeks. Lights r on, but empty inside, door has several we missed u stickers from ups. Only metro for 30 mins or more travel. They didn't have good selection to begin with, but to not even be open when ppl need u without any reason is just sad.

I bought a phone last year and for a whole year the hot spot is not working. I called Metro and visited many stores and all of them give me a different answer. Nobody is taking care of the issue even when I'm paying for a service and the insurance.
