I recently had the most amazing experience with Best ** Moving that I simply cannot stop raving about. From start to finish, they surpassed all my expectations and made my moving process a breeze. The team at Best US Moving was incredibly professional, punctual, and efficient. They handled all my belongings with the utmost care, ensuring that nothing was damaged during the relocation. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. First time using this company and very disappointed. They pick up items late in the evening, much later than originally stated and delivered past 7 business days that I contracted for. They said the had to switch to a shuttle truck because storage facility couldn’t accept semi trucks but that was a lie and it was verified by storage facility manager. They refused to unload items until we paid $450 more than what the quoted over phone on way to drop off goods. It was a total scam. Will never use again and you should not either. They will steal your money.Service: Interstate moving

I have moved dozens of times and have used many professional movers, so this is a very honest review. This company is by far the best in every way. Mike, the lead was so accurate with the estimate (no surprises) they were so coordinated, so professional, so careful with everything, they super wrapped and packed everything with so much care. They were great at communicating, they were very hesitant to pack anything they were not sure about, so nothing got misplaced either. Nothing got damaged, the team was so respectful, they worked hard full time (no time was wasted). I seriously recommend anyone to go directly to this company. We actually hired them through a broker, so off course we had to pay the broker, but for this company's quality of service and they're actual prices; look no further! Go directly to All Directions Van Lines and you will not be disappointed! Ask for Mike and you will get more with what you pay for with this team. Best movers ever!

Job #1245294I thought I was hiring American Van Lines but it turns out they are just brokers. When the movers came it was All Directions in rented Pinsky Trucks. All of the guys where great - no issue with them. The "on time" delivery was only a partial delivery. A 2nd delivery was still missing some boxes and now they say they are going UPS the rest of our stuff. d a quite a bit of our things were damaged or broken. American tells me All Directions still has some of our stuff and send it via UPS. We have no idea what or when.Our expensive china hutch was damaged, a table and queen box spring were destroyed and an antique cradle was damaged. We are missing a large glass table top. I called American Van Lines about the issue - and guess what? They are requiring 3 estimates for each item to get repaired or replaced. Making us jump through hoops for their error. I guess they are hoping we'll give up. This is bad business practices and customer service. Steer clear of All Directions and American. Beware. My next call will be to the BBB.

I just moved a few days ago and this company made my life so much easier. The guys from this moving company worked fast and made sure all my stuff is perfectly packed and delivered in same condition to my new place. Very responsible people and surely doing a great job with time management! Would highly recommend.

I SUBMITTED A QUOTE REQUEST TO MOVE FROM NEW YORK TO NASHVILLE. ALL DIRECTIONS VAN LINES WAS COMPETITIVELY PRICED AND I BOOKED THEM WITH A $690 DEPOSIT PAID THROUGH A THIRD PARTY CALLED LOGISTICS INC. AROUND 03/20/2020, NY + NJ STARTED CLOSING DOWN DUE TO COVID SO I REACHED OUT TO THEM BECAUSE MY MOVE WAS SCHEDULED FOR 03/29/2020. I SPOKE TO VLAD WHO STATED THAT HE WAS THE OWNER. HE STATED THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO PICK ME UP ON 03/20/2020 BECAUSE "I NEED TO MAKE GOOD MONEY, ITS LONG DRIVE TO YOU AND I DONT HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS ON YOUR DATE SO I PICK YOU UP EARLY" I ADVISED HIM THAT HE COULDNT MOVE ME UNTIL 03/29/2020 BECAUSE I NEEDED A BED TO SLEEP ON AND MY ESSENTIALS. HE THEN STATED "WELL CALL ANOTHER BUSINESS THEN" I CALLED BACK OFFERING TO WORK WITH THEM AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO PICK ME UP ON 03/20/2020 AND THEN HOPEFULLY SEND ANOTHER VAN TO PICK UP MY MATTRESS BUT THAT I WOULDNT GET MY FURNITURE UNTIL 05/01/2020 BECAUSE IT WAS TWO SEPARATE PICK UPS. I ADVISED HIM THAT THIS WAS NOT DOABLE, WE AGREED ON A SPECIFIC DATE FOR A REASON. HE THEN TOLD ME TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO MOVE OUR BELONGINGS. I REQUESTED I BE REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE DIDNT HANDLE THAT, THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO SPEAK TO JOSEPH STONE WHO BOOKED THE MOVE. I CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES AND EMAILS AND NEVER HEARD BACK. I DISPUTED THE CHARGE BACK IN MARCH. I GOT A PROVISIONAL CREDIT WHILE IT WAS BEING INVESTIGATED. CAPITAL ONE REACHED OUT TO ALL DIRECTIONS VAN LINES AND THIS MERCHANT TOLD THEM THAT THEY SHOWED UP!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT THEY PARTIALLY WRAPPED MY THINGS AND THEN TOLD ME THE DELIVERY DATE AND I FORFEITED THE DEPOSIT ON SITE. THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE MY HUSBAND AND I HAD TO MOVE EARLIER THAN THE 29TH BECAUSE WE MOVED OURSELVES USING A UHAUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEN THEY PROVIDED CAPITAL ONE WITH A NUMBER TO SOMEONE WHO COULD "RESOLVE" MY ISSUE, I CALLED THE NUMBER AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHO ALL DIRECTIONS VAN LINES IS. NOW I AM OUT MY $690 DEPOSIT BECAUSE THIS COMPANY FLAT OUT LIED TO MY BANK.

THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR DEPOSIT WHEN THEY CANT HELP YOU. THEN WHEN YOU DISPUTE THE CHARGE, THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR BANK ABOUT HOW THEY SHOWED UP. THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE BBB, I AM TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE NEWS. THEY WILL NOT CONTINUE TO SCAM OTHER PEOPLE.

Took my deposit, tried to change the day 4 times, hung up on me when I said it won't work for me. Now refuses to give me back my deposit saying I cancelled. He claims well someone else in my neigjborhood cancelled and he doesn't wanna travel so far for just me.

My husband and I are relocating from NY to TN. I submitted a request and Joseph from All Directions reached out to me. Their quote was competitive so we moved forward with them. We agreed on the earliest possible pick up date of our belongings on the 28th of March with the understanding that within 3-5 days after pick up - our belongings would be delivered to our new home. I reached out to All Directions over the weekend to confirm they were still moving us because all non-essential businesses were closed because of the coronavirus. Once I reached out, I spoke to Vlad who proceeded to tell me that they couldn't pick up our stuff on the 28th or the 29th like we originally discussed. He stated that they would have to pick up my stuff on either the 23rd, 24th or the 25th. He said it was based on truck availability and he had trucks in my area on these dates. I advised him that I couldn't be without a bed or my essentials for a week. I was then told that they would reach out to me yesterday to confirm the actual date of the 28th or the 29th. I didn't hear from them at all yesterday, and I needed to hear from them by at least noon because I'm 7 days away from my move out date and I would need to secure another company. I reached out to all the numbers I was provided, their office number, Vlad's cell phone, Joseph's cell phone, Joseph's office number & I even emailed Joseph. I heard nothing back all day until about 4pm. Vlad told me that he couldn't pick me up on the 28th, that he could only pick our stuff on the 23rd. He could then send a van to pick up the mattress and the essentials that we would leave with us until the 28th/29th. Then he told me that we wouldn't get our stuff for 14 days after the last of our items were picked up. He then told me that it would probably be better if we just went with another company and then hung up on me. When I asked about my deposit, he told me I would have to speak to Joseph, who's numbers aren't working. I've tried reaching out to them again and I've gotten no response. I would never recommend this company. Don't let the reviews fool you. Now I'm out $700 and a moving company to move us because every other moving company is booked for our move dates. I can't believe I trusted this company to move us. NEVER AGAIN. Now I'm scrambling to find something and they don't care. They can't return phone calls or emails. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE.
