The worst apartments in the world.
In the 98 temperature the AC is not working from last 2 days. Call the maintenance but no body comes to fix it. Went to rental office they said we don’t care go buy the AC for your self from Home Depot. Really bad management & bad home equipments.

The woman who runs maintenance is extremely unprofessional. I called her for an update, instead I got sarcastically yelled at to have a nice day. We shouldn’t have to wait over a week to have a small problem fixed because of her attitude. I hope she has a day as lovely as she was.

I have read most of the
reviews and I'm happy to say that isn't my experience. We have plenty of parking, neighbors are quiet and respectful of each other. My personal experience with maintenance has been great. My hot water heater broke late on Saturday night I called the emergency # and they had a new one installed on Sunday morning by 8:30. Sandy who coordinates maintenance has been wonderful

After reading the reviews, I felt I needed to add mine. Lived there years ago, never had any problems. Clean and affordable. When we moved, I was washing the floor when the inspection came and was told I didn't have to do that, they do. Got my whole deposit back. Granted this was over 20 years ago, but a friend lived there for a couple of years in 2013-2014 and it was still very nice. I tried to help another friend get in there in 2018 and the office lady was helpful with us.
As far as the reviewer who wants to know the age of the apartments, the oldest buildings are at least 35 years old, and they are still building, so there's no way when applying to know which apartment one might get, so it's impossible to tell what the year of your apartment will be.

Do not move here!! The apts are "okay" but their rent goes up every year significantly and the slumlords do not keep up with maintenance. I lived there for 5 years; one time I stepped out on the balcony and the wood was so old it was splintering, and ended up getting a splinter in my foot and I was wearing thick socks. Luckily, I did not develop an infection. I notified the leasing/maintenance office that the balcony needed updated because the wood was so old and what happened, etc. They sent the maintenance out and all they did was tighten the screws and said it was fixed. They never updated the balcony which is one of the selling points they put on their apartments. Another time, I notified the office about mold growing on the bathroom ceiling and all they did was repaint the ceiling to cover the mold. I complained about this several times before giving up and just dealing with it. On another occasion, I notified them that the air was not cooling and heating certain parts of the apartment and the winters would get too cold and the summers would get too hot and they said they couldnt fix it because the apartment was too old. The only reason I hadnt moved out at that time was because the rent was "the most afforable" in the area at that time. Another time, i was 2 weeks behind rent because my car broke down and needed the money to repair the car, the owner was quick to take me to court for delayed rent on top of charging me attorney fees, etc. When I spoke to someone at the office, they said I had until a certain day of the week to have the money or they would send someone to change the locks. I explained my situation and said I would the money on the day they scheduled the locks to be changed and evice me. I explained that I could have it the morning of, the lady at the office advised me that they would have my apartment be the last one to have the locks changed so that I can give the money before then so they wouldnt add an additional fee for the locks changed. Well, she lied and my apartment was the first lock they changed and I had to pay that additional fee. Finally, I moved out because I was accepted into an affordable housing and needed to move out or I would lose my spot. I spoke to Terry at the office and explained the situation, and Terry told me that I could move out and they would just initiate the eviction process since I would be breaking my lease and I would be okay. Now 4 years later, the owner is taking me to take me to court and suing me for $12k for breaking the lease, etc. Instead of initiating the eviction process, they continued to charge my rent until the lease was over. These people lie and try to squeeze everything out of you. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They dont keep up with maintenance and raise the rent significantly and are very quick to take you to court.

Terrible customer service, I am trying to get information on a two bedroom apartment. No one in leasing office has been answering calls all morning. Forget about the maintenance line, they pick up with an attitude, and I was also hung up twice!

Worst place ever ? Maintenance service will screw you over towing your car every single day just to make money out of you because did that money under the table from the towing company. I do recommend it to nobody and never answer the phone and even if the answer they have the worst attitude ever, I do recommend it, it’s miserable experience. I can’t wait to leave this place
