I had the pleasure of renting a motorized scooter. The entire process was seamless. My liaison, Marcos, was timely in his responses and accommodating to my needs. The scooter itself was comfortable and in perfect operating order. I would recommend Mediplus without any hesitation.

Wonderful company to work with. Based on all the positive reviews, they were the first company we called. No need to look further! They are a pleasure to deal with and made everything so simple. Easy to contact and very fair prices. Wonderful customer service, which is hard to find these days. In a time of stress it is so welcoming to have something be easy to accomplish.

I was getting a medical procedure done and I needed a recliner chair asap because it was going to be difficult for me to move up and down. I didn't realize how low my couch sat until right before my surgery. I contacted them and the customer service was great. They assured me scheduling a drop off prior to surgery, which was 3 days away at that time, was not a problem and arrangements were made. They handled the drop off and assembling. It was quick and efficient. I had some trouble with scheduling pick up however, they assured me they would work with me and pick up was effortless.

Amazing service and affordable mobility scooter that was dropped off to my home and communication was so pleasant. My father enjoyed being able to spend time enjoying the boardwalk with all of his family and it was amazing. Such a lovely company with first class customer service. Thank you so much for everything I know I will use you again in the future!!

In April, I had surgery on my spine. I had to wear a brace for six weeks. I could not sleep in a bed the MedPlus. Recliner Allowed me to sleep it made an unbearable situation bearable. I can’t say enough words about the Medi plus recliner except it’s an amazing chair and I highly recommend it.

I rented recliner chair right before my surgery. The person who answered my call explained very well and he was very helpful. Delivery set up was easy and quality of chair was beyond i expected.
I am very satisfied.

Great experience renting a mobility scooter for my mother for a cruise we took out of New York. Easy to get ahold of, great customer service, prompt response before and after the cruise. Would highly recommend using this company for a cruise rental scooter.

We were in a terrible rush to get a hospital bed into the house after an emergency hospital stay. Mediplus Was able to deliver the next day. The delivery person, Gustavo, was absolutely wonderful. Not only was he capable and helpful, but also his cheerful personality really gave our patient a huge boost. Gustavo loved the Family dog, which made the patient very happy. Gustavo also got everybody laughing, which made everybody’s day. I told one of the owners of Mediplus That we would be calling in future for any of our other medical needs because this kind of experience seems to be very unusual these days. I highly recommend..
