Great folks to work with. Have used thier facility twice. Completely satisfied both times. Highly recommend to anyone who may need a little extra space. They worked so very well with helping to coordinate our move to Delaware.

I have been a customer for over a year. The place is kept very clean.The prices are competitive, and the staff is always ready to help and answer any questions you have, especially Jennifer. She always has a smile and her readiness to help is always appreciated. Mark Billowitz

This storage facility is completely not monitored for their alarms, are very high over the limit of dB as permitted , law prohibits disturbing peace the neighborhood!!!! In the manner that disrupts a neighborhood right to Tranquility at their residence!!! All night long till morning hours several times in a week ,It’s 7 o’clock am and this thing is still ringing The entire neighborhood should go to this owners house and honk their horn’s all night and see what happens you sure deserve it five star rating

Jennifer is one of the kindest people I have ever worked with. She found me the perfect unit very quickly, and only a few months later, when we realized we needed more space, she was giving me updates regularly until the unit became available. When it did, we were able to move our items the same day! I can't express the level of customer service that was extended to us and I would recommend anyone rent from them.

12/6 - I'll elaborate later if my concerns aren't addressed quickly. I was lied to. Waiting on mgt to call me back today or tomm. Update to come. 12/7 - Well, the mgr didn't think it was important enough to call me back and it's almost EOD the following day. I will post my review now. Of course, I will update if the mgr does call and if we can resolve. 12/10 - It's now Fri night and this started on Mon morning. No call from the mgr. Are you kidding? I left 4 msgs. Liars! Lied about the rate and admitted it. Lied about having a mgr call me. It's not over. 12/16 - Nope. No call from the mgr, Denise. Something that Jennifer promised would happen 2x. This is pretty unbelievable. I guess I'll have to stop in and stand there until someone gets Denise on the phone. To be fair, I left names out of this until now but, we are at the point of ridiculous now at 10 days. Denise couldn't find time to call me within the last 10 days? This is a very easy fix! Just give me the rate you quoted. I would be flexible here and take the rate that they quoted for a few months or something then we can get closer to the rate they want over time.. Just don't ignore me, that's not going to end well. 1/2/2022 -- No call yet! Ridiculous. When will Denise call? 2/14 ---- Nothing from Jennifer. Nothing from the "mgr" Denise (whoever that may be). Hopefully I've saved people some headaches by doing business with this place. They have no clue and they don't keep their commitments. And the customer just doesn't matter and that's abundantly clear. Have you noticed that no one even responded to this review? Clearly this review is legit because I wouldn't be as detailed as this if I weren't legit. I hope this helps people make their decisions ***Review*** We pre-paid for a year and the time was up @ the end of Nov. On 11/30, my sister and I went in and spoke with a young lady at the desk (did not get her name). She was new and did not know how to look up our acct and so she called over another girl (I have the name but will leave it out for now) to help. She did help. I asked how much the unit was per month and expressed that I would give my credit card and asked on what day of the month I would be billed. I was told the rate and that my credit card would be hit on the 1st of every month. No problem. I then asked of they had a smaller room and they told me yes an, but it would only be $10/month cheaper. I said to my sister out loud that we will keep the existing unit. -------- On 12/6 I saw a charge on my card for $20 MORE than agreed upon. I went to the office and saw the same girl (that answered my questions) and she told me that the rate given on 11/30 was WRONG and that the correct rate was charged. I reminded her of the conversation of 11/30 and she remembered and told me she'd call me back since her computer was malfunctioning and she was on the phone with tech support. She did call me back shortly after and told me the same. I explained my position and reminded her that she came over to help the new girl and to answer my questions. She rememebred and said that they told me the wrong rate (had the wrong computer screen open or whatever). I expressed that I appreciated her position, but she must appreciate mine. She needed to HONOR the rate given. She said that she would (that day) refund the charge, speak with the manager, then call me back and let me know what I would be charged. She called back later with much of the same stating that she did speak with the manager and they could do nothing to honor the rate that I was quoted and that she remembered quoting. I told her that was not acceptable and it's not my problem. I was told that I was"snooty" and was hung up on. The manager hasn't called. I am waiting. This isn't going away. The origional charge on my credit card is still there and was not reversed as promised as well.*****VERY unprofessional and this will be corrected.

I must say I've shopped around and Middlesex Self Storage has the best value and great clean premises. And Jen was super helpful and addressed all my concerns. I'd totally recommend this place and I already have !

Came here after a bad experience with Uhaul storage and so far have nothing but high praise for the facility. Clean, well maintained, and truly climate controlled. Jennifer in the office went above and beyond to make moving in easy and was a pleasure to work with.
