The front desk lady is very helpful and straightforward. The rent wasn’t raised for the amount of time I had the unit and I got my deposit back right away after I moved out. From the very first phone call with Mark and Theresa, their customer service was excellent — friendly, responsive, and happy to answer all my questions before booking. On moving day, Ray, Dustin and Manuel turned up on time and got straight to work.
They had to navigate two steep flights of stairs and didn’t complain once — just got on with it, working hard the entire time while staying careful with our belongings. Fast, efficient, and clearly experienced, but never rushed in a way that felt careless. They then moved the everything the next day extremely quickly and carefully.
On top of all that, they were genuinely helpful and courteous throughout, making a stressful move so much easier. Couldn’t recommend them more highly — five stars all the way. Could not recommend a moving company more.”

“From the consultation call to meeting Sheryl in person at Cubesmart Woodbridge was professional and enjoyable. She is an incredible person and thorough. Sheryl is professional, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout the time that l met her to see different units. She provided information for the different units and expected monthly rate for each unit, moving forward. As a customer, we mostly have two minds and sometimes need additional support.
