DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM HERE! THEY ARE STOLEN AND SHOPRITE DOES NOT CARE! I WAS TOLD WHEN I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW “WE’RE BUSY RIGHT NOW AND WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GIFT CARDS”. RIDICULOUS!

I love the store great!!! But I always have problems with some of their terminals when I go to the the cash register it does not work. Even thou I have money in my account it seems it clicks off. Then I have to call my go back in and put my card back into the terminal and it says declined. I called my bank and they said they always have people calling them about their register terminals at Shop Rite Only in Sayreville. I have that problem plus their deli meats have no taste whatsoever. People don’t have extra money now a days to go different places for good tasting deli meat plus it’s so expensive and no taste. Fool me once shame on me.?

Meat is bad before sell by date twice! The pharmacy never has my medication in stock and the pharmacist was not even willing to help. Bad customer service & even worse meat!

FYI. I just stopped in the Perth Amboy Shop rite. Store isn’t as large as the Parlin store but there PRICES are lower than the parlin Store. Plus I was greeted at the self checkout. Something that’s messing at the Parlin store. Found my new store

Ever since they implemented that new self checkout system…it has been a train wreck. I had 8 items in my cart…and the machine needed an employee attendant for 3 of them. It’s a joke!! Especially if you are scanning bagged cold cuts. It goes off for every item. Ridiculous!! Staff more cashiers…or go back to the old self checkout system.

Best shoprite in New Jersey ! The store is very clean and the food is always fresh anyone who complains about this place has no idea what a bad ShopRite is! let them go to the other ones with the stale food on the shelves

There pharmacy is the worse. I came 3 different times for my flu shot and was told each time they didn’t have anyone to administer it.

Clean and lots of cashiers, getting into the parking lot is like a maze getting out is the same way, but it’s a lot better once you get in the parking lot and a lot of other ShopRites

I like how they've updated all shoprites, especially discounting pre made food made by them that is close to expiring. It's nice to "try something" and often I find they can cook there :)

ShoprIte is so prepped for the Christmas Holidays. As always, all the various aisles are fully stocked.Guys, if you fine yourself in this part of town, pass through shoprite there's almost everything you need around. But it's a little pricey than other competitors.

Aside from prices skyrocketing above acme and Trader Joe’s. Now I’m doing all the work. I’m bagging I’m checking out. I’m being interrogated to make sure I scan every item. I should just roll my carriage out our new ethnic customers are going . They aren’t getting the treatment an old white lady does. That’s for sure. There I said it. Deal with it.

I like the store but they shouldn't have removed the unlimited items self check out. It was easier to organize and bag your own stuff, which you cannot really do with a cashier scanning as quick as they can.

1. The self checkout is a HOT MESS. There are always issues that need to be resolved my the attendant. I never have a problem at the self check out at Wegmans.2. Now they limit you to 20 items AND you have to put all your items on the table prior to scanning them. Did I mention the self check outbis a HOT MESS.3. The cart returns being at one end of the parking lot is sooo inefficient. Also, the smaller carts are only in the return closest to Earnston Rd. Hardly anyone returns their carts because you have to walk all the way back to the front of the store. I have complained about this multiple times. I park far away and have come out a handful of times to a cart that has blown onto my truck. Wegmans has them evenly placed throughout their parking lot and you don't see many rogue carts. My advice, go visit the manager of Wegmans Woodbridge for some advice on how to run a self checkout and set up the cart returns.
