I've used this post office since 2001, besides other post offices. They have been good for me. Sally is a great help to us.Sometimes you need to ring bell for service because they are in the back. The managers have been helpful to us.

This USPS lost my mail with important documents! Terrible and irresponsible service! I came to them several times to find out where my parcel was, they did not help me and were rude! Never visit them in your life, it will make your life easier!!!

Worst post office it possibly can is the current state… , which was a couple of years ago the best. What a negative transition. Majority of the front desk post office workers are latterly found sleeping at working hours and the postmaster doesn't care. Shame on USPS to hire such new irresponsible workers…a waste on taxpayers dollars

Archaic USPS. Never opened at convenient times, no self-use kiosk open... Waste of real estate

Truly terrible... they need to fire Management immediately as well as the employees that have worked there for years who have become comfortable with working at a snails pace and only look to aggravate good customers. They desperately need to hire people who actually know what they are doing or at least concerned enough to try and make an effort. I have received countless damaged parcels and when approached they say to email USPS or call USPS directly. Before you can even ask a question they already say NO, we cant lol. Slow, unfriendly, and a waste of time even walking up the door. This is ridiculous- who hires these people. If you are at work, I should not have to ask you to please do your job!

Very small post office location, unorganized inside, slow service. The person I dealt with was friendly, but he was the only person helping customers the entire time I was there. So walking in, a line of 3 people seems short, but is actually a very long wait when only one person is assisting all the customers.

Ordered some Christmas cards. Shipped from Greenville NC on 11/27 to Sayreville post office. Arrived at Sayreville post office on 12/1. The post office is half a mile from our house. My package sat at the Sayreville post office for 3 days before then being shipped up to Jersey City. It sat at the Jersey City post office for 7 days before finally arriving at the house. My complaint is why did it sit at the post office, half a mile from my house, for 3 days and then getting shipped up north, 30 miles away.

Horrible place!!!! Don’t ever go to this place I asked for a pen since none of their pens work and the lady said that they don’t have it . She wasn’t wearing a mask and we had to ring the bell like 4 times because she went going to the back all the time .

I live in a set back house and our mailbox is up in front where it can't be view clearly. Found our mailbox opened a few times and wanted to come to a compromise with our courier to move the box a bit closer to us, not to our front door but half way. Spoke to the postmaster who first said ok to move it. Tried to speak to our courier and he said no. He gave all the excuses he could to not make it possible. He convince the postmaster to deny our request. From that they don't mix letters, to how he delievers our packages to our door. Which is false. They squeeze the packages into the mailbox just so he doesn't have to drop it off to our door. This is why many are using other form of delivery than the postal office.
