This location, by far, is my favorite CVS Pharmacy. I have been going here all my life, and today, they really helped me out. Taking care of your elderly loved ones is hard enough, and even harder navigating prescriptions and insurance coverage. Celeste was an absolute angel helping me go through the steps with getting my father's prescription filled and insurance coverage to cover it. Their customer service is outstanding. Celeste should be recognized for her empathy and exemplary professionalism. She really made me feel like a valued customer and understood how sometimes the extra bit of kindness and patience makes a huge difference to someone you don't even know.

service was just fine, cashier Celeste was very focused on me and offered many options for me. Also asked if i was up to date on all my vaccines. would highly recomend

The pharmacist Kaur Karmjit is one of the most unprofessional pharmacist. I have ever spoken with regarding a prescription. When you ask for her name she began to yell and state she is not obligated to provide the information. I asked her if she was the pharmacist in charge and she replied yes. I asked why can't you provide your name if it posted in the pharmacy. She also yelled and hung up the phone with my mother. I feel bad for any person suffering from illness that has to deal with Kaur. Kaur is difficult for no reason because her name was printed on the prescription label. I think she did not want me to report her by name. But now I will be taking further action to report her to the board of pharmacy.

100% IMPROVEMENT!!!! This store made a HUGE change, well stocked shelves, pharmacy is accurate, store is neat and clean, employees willing to help!! I was just about to switch all of my prescriptions to Walgreens. The employees seem like they are appreciated and happy, when you call the pharmacy, someone answers (prior to this they use to hang up on you). This store at Park Ave, Scotch Plains is BACK TO 100% and is back to being the CVS I can depend on!! Thank you so much, it is miraculous and MUCH APPRECIATED BY ALL IN THE COMMUNITY!!!!!!!!

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Rude staff and incompetent pharmacist. No sense of urgency for patients in pain or in need of antibiotics. Once even gave me the wrong medicine. Dangerous place to go if you value your health.

I writing this review because I having issues on this pharmacy honoring prescription discounts and giving out false information when it's a simple case of doing the necessary work to apply the discount to people prescription utterly dissatisfied with the numerous phones calls to the pharmacy getting there telling me something different over the phone I have had it and I will be sending a letter to the district manager of this pharmacy on park Avenue because people do need there prescriptions and sending someone back and fought is time consuming and frustrating get it right guys and do your job that's advertised on all the cvs helping the customer

Worst pharmacy. No one picks up, not the patient or provider line after waiting an hour on both lines. Have been told multiple times they never submitted some prescriptions for myself or patients who use this pharmacy. Transferring to another pharmacy personally.

This pharmacy's customer service is almost laughable. Extremely long hold times to match with incompetent pharmacists. Do not waste a second of your time here you will be left frustrated and in disarray. Go somewhere else and thank me later!!!!

HORRIBLE! You receive the text and voice mail saying that our item is ready for pick up and IT ISN'T. Shelves are not stocked, I couldn't find any aspirin! Every month my prescriptions are "out of stock" even when my doctor calls them in ahead of time. This place is crappy pharmacy. The wait is always 15 people deep and I hear the techs saying the same thing over and over...."it's not ready" and customers saying "but I received confirmation that it was". Needs to close as it is not serving the needs of our community! Whoever the manager is needs to be replaced or let go.

If a negative rating could be given of this pharmacy it would be. The service and/or lack of is staggering. A prescription that should've been ready more than 48 hours ago is still not ready at 4:30 today. Apparently and according to some this pharmacy has lost its original staff. Nevertheless this sort of thing should not be happening. One customer stated to me that they had been waiting for weeks now for both approval and the fulfillment of their prescription. Luckily the prescription was not something that was immediate need and therefore they could wait. How will management fix this? One customer stated to me they're willing to fix it by moving to another pharmacy.

Have given this location numerous opportunities. Every time I go they tend to mess it up. They offered an automated service because I was out of refills. Luckily I called before I left but it was supposed to be ready this afternoon. Turns out the doctor was never called....do yourself a favor and go anywhere else

Used to be good but has gone downhill. The app does not work properly and I've gotten texts telling me rx was ready when it was not. Stood in line 20 mins only to learn rx nor filled. Returned data later snd they had the wrong insurance info and told me to return in 3 hrs. Lots of others in line w same issue. I moved my rx to Fanwood pharmacy. CVS cannot handle the volume
