We left CVS for Fanwood Pharmacy almost 2 years ago because of their incompetence and rudeness. Unfortunately, my child got sick over the weekend and after Fanwood Pharmacys hours. We had the Rx sent to CVS and with no one in line - ignored, talked over, walked away from mid sentence, and talked about in front of. What caused this break down in common courtesy - waiting patiently and asking if our prescription was ready. When they didn't have it - we called the urgent care and had it resent. We came back about 15 min later and before they even looked in the computer said "You again, we don't have anything for you". Common courtesy isn't hard. Being polite doesn't require a tremendous amount of effort. I'm so incredibly happy I switched to Fanwood Pharmacy and will seek out another after hours pharmacy just to never deal with CVS again.

I’ve never been more let down by humanity than by the pharmacists at this CVS. In short, I get my meds from a pharmacy in Minnesota now because they are more reliable and consistent in getting me my medication on time than the CVS in my hometown. Go ANYWHERE but this place to fill your prescription.

Words can not express how disrespectful, rude and condescending the Store Manager Rasheed is. How does he continue to be employed by CVS it is a wonder? Not only does he refuse to assist you with basic questions he is a poor representation of what CVS stands for. He should be fired!! I suggest he find another job, since he is clearly so miserable. Save yourself the drama and go to another CVS.

Had to refill a prescription prior to leaving the next morning for vacation; the local pharmacy was, unbelievably, out of the prescription, so the hunt was on to find a CVS who had the prescription and who was open past 6pm on a Saturday. Called around and found Scotch Plains CVS which was open until 8pm. That, in and of itself, was a real bonus given that most CVS pharmacies close at a 6pm. Laura, the Scotch Plains Pharmacy Manager, answered the phone (yes, a real live voice) and stated that "yes" the pharmacy could fill the prescription. While on the phone, she was able to do so. She made my day and my vacation when she said: "Come on in; the prescription is ready."

You can be the only person in line 4-5 people behind pharmacy counter will stare at you for 10 minutes before saying anything. I said hello and was completely ignored.

There is some shady business in this store ! I went in for a bottle of water (not a case just one single bottle) and the lady ringing me up told me my total was $13.59! I asked her one bottle of water is $13.59? She clscanned it again and she told me yes $13.59! One bottle of water is never 13 dollars not even at a concert ! So please tell me whose pricing here !! Because 13 dollars for one bottle of water that’s 2 dollars everywhere else is straight up robbery!!
