Words can not express how disrespectful, rude and condescending the Store Manager Rasheed is. How does he continue to be employed by CVS it is a wonder? Not only does he refuse to assist you with basic questions he is a poor representation of what CVS stands for. He should be fired!! I suggest he find another job, since he is clearly so miserable. Save yourself the drama and go to another CVS.

Had to refill a prescription prior to leaving the next morning for vacation; the local pharmacy was, unbelievably, out of the prescription, so the hunt was on to find a CVS who had the prescription and who was open past 6pm on a Saturday. Called around and found Scotch Plains CVS which was open until 8pm. That, in and of itself, was a real bonus given that most CVS pharmacies close at a 6pm. Laura, the Scotch Plains Pharmacy Manager, answered the phone (yes, a real live voice) and stated that "yes" the pharmacy could fill the prescription. While on the phone, she was able to do so. She made my day and my vacation when she said: "Come on in; the prescription is ready."

You can be the only person in line 4-5 people behind pharmacy counter will stare at you for 10 minutes before saying anything. I said hello and was completely ignored.

There is some shady business in this store ! I went in for a bottle of water (not a case just one single bottle) and the lady ringing me up told me my total was $13.59! I asked her one bottle of water is $13.59? She clscanned it again and she told me yes $13.59! One bottle of water is never 13 dollars not even at a concert ! So please tell me whose pricing here !! Because 13 dollars for one bottle of water that’s 2 dollars everywhere else is straight up robbery!!

Pharmacy needs effective management and professional staffing. Went to pick up a couple of prescriptions at 1:20 pm. The pharmacy line was closed for lunch. I can’t believe that CVS can’t schedule at least one person behind the counter at all times to take care of customer pick ups. I no longer care how close CVS is to my home. Walmart or Walgreens will get a new customer.

Hold times on phone are endless, trying to get prescriptions transfered is nearly impossible most days . the customer service is truly horrible as they put you on hold without even saying hello or telling you that you will wait on hold. This is a mass production like factory...if you want personalized great service , please visit Curex Pharmacy across the street...we would love to help you and fix any problems you may have.. we love our customers and love what we do as a world class pharmacy:))

The day manager found something I left that made my day. Thanks!!! Also, they always remind me on prescriptions and it's one of my go too stops, especially with the $ savings coupons.

If I could give this CVS a 0 star rating I would. I filled a few prescriptions after being in the emergency room for 5 hours. They didn't return my insurance card to me AND they no longer had it in their possession when I went back for it.Update: I found out this is actually a HIPAA violation.

Amazing pharmacy. Don't let the miserable negative people writing bashing reviews influence you. Some people just like to complain

For years I went to a different CVS Pharmacy, never had an issue. Moved to the area over a year ago, so we changed to the Scotch Plains CVS Pharmacy as it is convenient, but it has been the biggest nightmare. Lines were always out the door(has been curbed as of recent), they never "receive" the prescription that is sent electronically, have given me the wrong prescription (that I caught) for my infant daughter at the time, missed giving all the prescriptions as written on the RX, found other RX pills in the same container as the normal RX, phone is never answered...just to name a few of the issues. Not sure if it is a staffing issue or quality of staff, but given the sensitivity of the items handled I would say it needs to be addressed ASAP. With another issue added to the list today we will be making the switch to another CVS Pharmacy and taking the extra drive.

The pharmacist Kaur Karmjit is one of the most unprofessional pharmacist. I have ever spoken with regarding a prescription. When you ask for her name she began to yell and state she is not obligated to provide the information. I asked her if she was the pharmacist in charge and she replied yes. I asked why can't you provide your name if it posted in the pharmacy. She also yelled and hung up the phone with my mother. I feel bad for any person suffering from illness that has to deal with Kaur. Kaur is difficult for no reason because her name was printed on the prescription label. I think she did not want me to report her by name. But now I will be taking further action to report her to the board of pharmacy.

service is so bad… i wanna give it a zero, but that’s not possible, so i give you… a 1.i got my vaccine yesterday around 7:00 pm. i walked to the back and immediately got bad vibes from the young pharmacist. she was probably overwhelmed, but that doesn’t justify her attitude. i noticed that the woman was forceful and rushed when giving me my shot. with this, i saw that she hadn’t changed her gloves after working with a red syrup-like substance. failing to put my bandaid for my boo-boo on correctly, her fingers covered in red from the substance touched my bare skin.i’m not sure how the lady got hired, but her position needs to be revoked and she needs to go back to medical school.

This Pharmacy is the WORST, no customer service whatsoever. If you can get your prescription somewhere else I would recommend you to do it. Save yourself the aggrevation of dealing with them.

Just the worst. This is a super obvious “trust the reviews” situation. If you really need a cvs for some reason, drive a few more minutes to Westfield.
