If I could give zero reviews I would. By far the most unpleasant experience ever! Placed an order at 9am, paid extra to have it delivered with in an hour. I called at 11am to check on the order and was told it was on its way. It never made it to my wife for our anniversary. I called and spoke to a very rude lady told her what happened. I asked to get my money refunded and was told that I could get a store credit or have it delivered the day after. Neither of those was satisfactory to me and I was then told that the manager was calling the owner to ask what to do. The manager was supposed to call me back it never happened!As of now I have not been refunded the money! Such poor customer service and I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this location.

Place has gone to complete trash, the only people with a brain cell are gone corners are being cut and they are just money hungry pure robbery don’t order anything here

Can’t believe the level of competence at this place. Made an online order at 10 am an hour after edible arrangements opens. And still failed to receive my over priced order, over 100 dollars that was never delivered. I called during there regular business hours to speak with an associate, and wow the gentleman seem like he was on drugs repeating everything I was saying then asked me to hold. 5 min later a women come back to talk to me very rude and Unpolite. To say there waiting on the driver. When checked statuse on line. My arrangement wasn’t even made. Don’t be fooled by edible arrangements, they have one job and can’t follow thru.

The team at the Scotch Plains, NJ location are extremely rude and I wouldn’t recommend them! They messed up my order and I had to beg them to correct it; very unapologetic!The other NJ Edible Arrangements locations are much friendlier and professional!

Highly recommend! I ordered an edible arrangement from the Scotch Plains store to be delivered to my mother who lives nearby close to Plainfield. I live in Hawaii so I was nervous she wouldn’t get her gift on time. I accidentally typed in the wrong address and didn’t realize it until the driver tried to deliver it. The delivery driver Jonathan Blanc went above and beyond to ensure my mother got her gift today on Mother’s Day. Thanks so much!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The woman was so disrespectful on the phone and did not apologize or help me whatsoever. My order was completely wrong and items were missing. I was hung up on and lied to about the service that was provided for me. AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!! I order edible arrangements as gifts frequently and this is the only store I have ever experienced HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Ordered days in advance and product never delivered. Use another EA location nearby…You have been warned!!

Good morning everyone, so two months ago I was feeling really down an depressed be I was hurt really bad in a auto accident and I began to explore anything to put a smile on my face! I ordered a large arrangement and the fruit was really good and fresh and sooooo good, so I called the store gave raving reviews and felt so much better! So Tuesday I did the same thing but ordered a box a fruit basket an a balloon and was told I ordered from the wrong store an the Regular store will fulfill my order the next day which was Wednesday! I got my order at the end of the day mind you and immediately I began to eat from it, I called the store an reported the bananas were black in the center and mushy, the apples didn't resemble the picture and they need to do better. So later in the evening I open the bag and was even more disappointed! I just had surgery on last week an I have another procedure on Saturday coming so fruit is a good way to Recover right! Wrong the whole thing went in the garb one stick at a time! It whorrible, the strawberries were bitter the cantaloupe was hard sn the honey due as well ! I took plenty of pictures and I want to cry, 97.00 down the drain!!!

I was in a very serious car accident and I have been going through a lot. So I want a fruit basket to cheer me up, all my families is Florida and it’s just something I knew would make me happy! I ordered it on line at 4pm an I was afraid it would not be delivered same day or that the fruit would be soggy!!!! It arrived at 7:30 pm an it’s the most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever had! I had one back in Florida in 2013 but this one Superseded it All! Thanks for making my day? and my recovery sooo much happier even if it is for the moment!!!! I had to call the office and tell the manager/ supervisor just How Much I Enjoyed my Gift to myself!!! Thanks

I placed an order for Mother’s Day, paid extra for the Sunday delivery and the arrangement never came. I reached out today because it still didn’t arrive and was told they attempted yesterday at a time I was at the home. The response was they had over 500 deliveries yesterday and they didn’t use their normal drivers. The customer service was terrible. The person on the phone just kept repeating the same line about the amount of deliveries and different drivers. Overpriced and still didn’t provide the service

Ordered an arrangement on Thursday for delivery on mothers day (Sunday). Only to have them call me Sunday at 6:00pm to tell me that they ran out of flowers as part of the arrangement earlier in the MORNING then offer me a 12 ct chocolate covered strawberry as replacement but it wouldn't be delivered until some undefined time after 7pm.

They were very accommodating with my walk-in order. The wait was not long at all however I ordered a large arrangement and the amount of fruit place on their looked as if it were for a small arrangement. Fruit was good and sweet. For the money I spent over $60 for an arrangement I would expect for it to look full. Not sure if it's a Edible Arrangement policy to be so cheap with the fruits. I've ordered from other stores and didn't have this issue.
