Chris is an awesome instructor, very knowledgeable about mobility, movement and exercises to help corrections people need. highly recommend!

I interned at FLO and had an amazing experience. Chris & his staff are extremely thorough, passionate and friendly. Everyone there is ready to work with you and all have strong knowledge in fitness and movement. The facility is always clean.
