Muhammad was wonderful At the H and R block on route 22 in Scotch Plains. I actually make sure my sister uses her too. She is very kind and knowledgeable, she goes over everything very thoroughly and really looks to see if she's gotten everything that she can for me.

My husband and I called this H&R Block location yesterday right as they were about to close because we suspected our accountant had made an error on our tax preparation for 2020, and we wanted a second opinion. The gentleman we spoke with, Mukeshkumar, was patient and kind. He set us up for a tax review for this morning at 10AM. We arrived a tad early and he accommodated us, and spent about 25 minutes reviewing our prepared taxes and answering our questions. He gave us some helpful advice and questions to go back to our accountant with. This will be the last year we work with our accountant as we plan to work with Mukeshkumar going forward! Thank you for being so generous with your time especially during this busy season! The office was clean and social distancing measures were taken.
