I spent 15 years in the commercial furniture world so I typically have very high standards for moving companies.They were timely, professional, efficient, and considerate of delicate items with sentimental value. From the beginning when Ben put our estimate together to Luis's project management, it was a great experience. I'd highly recommend them to anyone commercially or residentially.

This was a great move. It was a very big move and everything was carefully wrapped ! These gentleman were very neat and efficient. All the beds were put together and the furniture was in place. I asked to have a few things moved to a different place and very politely moved things for me. When they left garbage was removed and you couldn’t tell they had been here. This was the best moving company I have ever used. Highly recommend them.

Alberto and his team were amazing- they worked so carefully but so quickly, and they genuinely cared that I was on a tight budget and worked extra fast to get it done quickly to save me money. In fact, Alberto even gave some money BACK to me because he said they finished faster than he estimated. How amazing is that?? They were so willing to help with anything we needed. I couldn't be more grateful.Highly, highly recommend this company over any others!!!!

The best moving experience that I have had. Ricard, Luis and Jorge were very professional and fast. Some issues related to my building and parking came up that could have delayed the move but they were able to work around them and get everything done on time. No damages to any items and they were put in my new apartment exactly as requested.

Alberto, Francisco, Perci, and Juan where punctual, extremely friendly, hardworking, and helpful. They did not stop loading and unloading our belongings. They were efficient and really made things go so smoothly! I can’t recommend them enough.

Alberto and Brian did an excellent job moving my belongings out of a condo as well as a storage unit. They were efficient and careful with my things and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Monroe Moving Pro and was very pleased with their service from beginning to end.

I honestly could type out a half-hour critique on how well Monroe Moving is. I have moved three times in the past 6 years. From apartment to apartment to apartment. This is my third different moving company and for sure, the last time that I need to search. From the initial contact to the final piece of furniture moved, Monroe Moving's team has been nothing short of amazing. Starting with Pamela, the relocation assistant. I am pretty demanding on having constant contact with communication. Pamela was exceptional. Always responsive at all times of the day. She provided my certificate of insurance within days. It was exactly what my property manager requested. She also provided a very fair quote. Detailing all the rooms; contents and price. ANY adjustments that I had (and I have a few of them), Pamela immediately updated the quote and I saw it reflected on the email link provided. Nothing but 5 stars for Pamela.Email notice of 48 and 24 hours before the move.A call from the driver that they are 30 minutes out. My move start was to be around 9am to 9:30am. Movers arrived around 9:05am. Introduced himself (Mike) and had 2 crew members with him. Asked to see each room so to inventory on how to stack the moving truck. Padded front door; put some throw rugs down and padded/wrapped every dresser and armoire. The three men worked together perfectly. 3 hours and they were done with a 3-bedroom apartment. They arrived at my new apartment; worked with the Super of the building for the elevator usage and was in and out in 2 hours and 45 minutes. They had to each lunch somewhere, but never showed a slow down to me.All three workers asked my wife where to put the boxes in the new apartment. All three workers were extremely efficient; knew how to lift large items; were all professional; friendly; respectful of your belongings and to be very honest, made a potential stressful day be nothing that big at all.Seriously, if you want a real strong moving company for a very competitive price, Monroe Moving is your moving company.

Delivery guys were so awesome! True professionals. I had my peloton tread disassembled moved an hour away and reassembled. They did it with perfection. Like machines. And so polite. Will use for every move!!!!!

Hands down I would highly recommend Monroe Movers. They are extremely professional, efficient, friendly, hard working and made our experience extremely pleasant and less stressful. Also very accommodating when we had to go a different direction the day of the move. We will definitely use them again!

Luis and Michael were phenomenal for our move today! Very professional, efficient, and helpful throughout the entire moving process. At the start, they went with us throughout the house to get an idea of where we wanted our items placed. They took great care of our belongings and did not leave a mess at the end. We would definitely recommend and will be using this company again if we need them in the future!
