Joe, the owner, sent a three-man team to help with my move from one apartment to another a few streets over in Highland Park… and he could not have sent three harder-working men for the job! Casper, Devin, and David showed up with GREAT attitudes and immediately set me at ease with their friendliness and professionalism. As a single woman trying to move a 2 bedroom apartment by herself, I needed all the help I could get, and I felt like I was in great hands with these three! I didn’t lift a finger!) while they did all the heavy lifting. We called 3 moving companies for our local move within Summit, NJ. Caleb showed up to do a walk-through at our house. He was willing to work with us to provide a flat price and was among the most competitive out of the 3 quotes. So it was an easy decision for us to go with NMBC.
We had to change the date by one day a few days ahead of the move and NMBC had no issues whatsoever and we certainly appreciate the flexibility.
Four movers showed up exactly on time on the day of the move, including one of the cofounders of the company. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. They handled our furniture with great care and made the move much less stressful. They wrapped all the furniture and there wasn't a scratch to be found after the move.
We moved many times in the past and this was easily one of the best experience we've had so far. We highly recommend NMBC!”
