“High Touch Pharmacy lives up to the name—excellent high-touch care in Elizabeth! The staff is friendly, efficient, and really takes time to explain meds or answer questions without rushing. Same-day delivery is super convenient (quick and reliable), and they handled my vaccinations smoothly. Clean, well-kept store and great for chronic condition management. Only reason not 5 stars is it can get busy during peak hours with short waits, but the personal attention and service make it stand out from chains. 4 stars—highly recommend!”

“I’ve never tried any other online Pharmacy but their customer service has answered all of my annoying questions in a timely manner and their shipping is fast and accurate. I’ve never had an issue! I can’t speak to price comparisons but I know they accept the Fertility Instant Savings Program. You just apply through the 3rd party and it was fairly easy. They are kind people and easy to work with!”

Edgewood Pharmacy & Boutique is way better than chains—friendly staff who know you by name, quick prescription fills, and they go the extra mile (free delivery, great advice on meds). “Love everything about this pharmacy as long as I've been using it. Absolutely love the free delivery option and usually always friendly service. Unfortunately I just spoke to one lady who was impatient, pushy, interrupted me, and was rude. Like I was taking to long to tell her what I needed when I was trying to understand a change my dr made. I have anxiety so it overwhelmed me and really put a bad taste in my mouth. Now I'm hesitant about calling back cause I don't want to be spoken to like that again. Hope she has better days tho but not ohk when dealing with people's medication.”
