I have been going to Salon Four from the very beginning of thier business. Everyone there is professional and friendly!! The salon is beautifully decorated and very clean. Even when my hair looks awful Becky always makes it look great again!! I am always happy with my color and cut!!! And Melissa the reception always takes good care of me and provides excellent customer service!

I always have an amazing experience at Salon Four. From the moment I walked in, I am welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere is always clean, stylish, and relaxing.
My stylist, Becky, truly listens to what I want and gives thoughtful suggestions based on my hair type and lifestyle. The results each time are exactly what I’m looking for.
Everyone on the team is friendly and attentive, and I appreciate the little touches like making sure I am comfortable, and not rushing through the service. It’s clear they care about their clients and take pride in their work.
I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch service.

Jen is the absolute best. My hair had become a bit frizzy and she walked me through my product options and gave me a fantastic haircut (as usual). I’ve also had my color and makeup done by Jackie who is also fabulous. Everyone here is very nice and it’s an always a good vibe.

Rosie is my new go-to for haircuts in the future, and I'm a guy who hates getting his hair cut. I never get a good one because my hair is thicker and a little unruly, but I'll be back at Salon Four for sure.

Got a dye yesterday. It came out very choppy, and not blended. Called the next day to schedule an appointment to blend it out because it was not blended and I was being charged to fixed it. It also looks brassy in some places. Overall very unhappy with what was done to do my hair. Being charged to fix a poor highlight job is crazy to me. I also feel like the haircut wasn’t the desired length or what I showed in the reference pictures. But what made it all worse is that after I got in the chair the stylist talked about how needy the previous client was which made me feel hesitant to discuss my needs at the time of visit. I wish I would have read these reviews before going.

My mother is a cosmetologist and I am super stubborn and judge very much because my mother is the best. I came here and joe did an absolutely fantastic job. I am sooooooooo pleased. I will look no further and this is my salon doing forward. Joe is the best!!! Thank you salon four!

I went to Salon Four for the first time recently. My hairdresser made me feel so bad about myself that I cried in my car after my visit. After reading the below review, it is even more upsetting to me that this is not the first time that this behavior has been reported.To be completely transparent: my hair was admittedly not in good shape, it was significantly tangled and there was a particularly bad matted area. When the hair dresser commented on how tangled and matted it was, I initially just tried to deflect and said it was my eye mask that caused it. I don’t know her and didn’t feel comfortable sharing but she kept digging and would not let it go. I then explained that it is not typical for my hair to be in this condition. I am pregnant and having a very rough pregnancy and have not been able to take care of myself. I have been on bed rest and this is the first time I’ve been able to leave the house in a month. She untangled my hair and the entire experience was dead silence until she doubles down halfway through my hair cut and goes: “but really you should brush your hair morning and night.” I again apologized and said I was sorry, but I just have not been able to take good care of myself. She did not say another word my entire hair cut. I already felt embarrassed about the condition of my hair and have been at the lowest low of my life for weeks and did not need a hair dresser to bully me about it. I did tip her well because I know that it took her more effort to untangle my hair beyond a typical hair cut (about ten minutes to detangle during wash). I even offered to pay more at the front desk than what they charged me. At the end I apologized a third time and she laughed and said it was fine.I can’t imagine telling some one to brush their hair after they just told me they struggled to get out of bed for a month.

After spending the last two years growing out my hair, avoiding heat, and maintaining my ends, I went to Salon Four to get a long layered hair cut I’ve been eyeing.The hair stylist completely ignored me. She didn’t even glance at the pictures I was trying to show her. She said I was “clearly the type of client who didn’t maintain my hair.” She talked over me when I tried to explain what I wanted and said she would do something similar that was easier to style on a daily basis. She asked how I felt about the length and I said I wanted to keep it below my shoulders.She cut more than six inches off and gave me a “karen cut” telling me “hopefully you can maintain this.”I feel so embarrassed, judged, and frustrated that it’s going to take at least a year to get it back to the length I want. It’s like going to a restaurant ordering a burger and being told “No you’re fat. Eat this salad—“ except you can leave the restaurant and get the burger for your next meal and not wait a year.Service: Haircut

Start to finish- using this salon as a first time client was a NIGHTMARE! First, get canceled on 20 minutes before the appointment due to the stylist/owner having covid (I was already on my way to the appointment). Had to be washed multiple times due to excess conditioner being left in/failed styling attempts. Had to return the same week as the processing time was also done incorrectly. Then not even a month later, had to seek a new professional stylist to fix the traction alopecia caused from poor installation of k tip extensions. When I reached out privately to the salon, they ignored my email. There is no intention of client satisfaction or customer service from this salon. Attached are pictures of my 2/12 hair extensions that fell out from the roots due overweighted ratio installs. Now I have years of damage, thinning, and hair loss after the extensions installed by Salon Four. (I have yet to have a problem with my k tip extensions installed from another salon)

Great salon for all kinds of treatments! Carly is a gem. I trusted her to make my long hair a short Bob and I have no regrets. Plus she really knows color. I just wish this salon had online booking for appointments.
