A review place should always focus on helping others to get a real idea instead of vomiting grudges. So, although my first day on spazio nails went little off BUT the place is pretty nice, neat & staffs are capable. They understood my point & didn’t charge me for it. This place can be a go to place for anyone. You can also use coupons here.

Receptionist was a sweetheart but who did my gel manicure was very sloppy , never have I been burned before by gel and I realized she was basically painting on my skin

Terrible!! I've been going there for years and every other time within days my nails chip break or lift. I go there for convenience but today was my last time. They had the nerve to charge an extra 5$ for a broken nail after I specifically told the nail tech that they did a terrible job last time and it was barely 3 weeks since my last appointment when most times they last at least a month without breakage. I was furious at the end when I went to pay and she added the extra fee. No tip for you!!! You're a dime a dozen.. do yourself a favor don't go there!!!

I’ve been going to this location for quite some time. I have been noticing the inconsistency in services. I went last Thursday to get a dip manicure. And most of my nails already are peeling, have fallen off or the ends have chipped. I have not had this problem before and it’s not like these services are cheap. I don’t have time to get back there this week and I have a big presentation tomorrow and my nails look so sloppy.

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now and have always had a great experience with several different nail techs. I now exclusive see Mirian and she has always done a wonderful job with my gel manicures and spa pedicures. Highly recommend!

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail salon. I walked out extremely unhappy with my nail. I got an acrylic fill and french. My nails actually look lumpy. All of the nails are a different shape. The french is uneven. I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted and the white part of the french looks like a straight line. I corrected her several times and my nails still look like shit. On top of all of this the place was dirty and my nail tech was dressed unprofessionally. Tomorrow is my prom. I now have to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed. The service was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

I used to love this place, but some of the work has gotten a little sloppy since new ownership. Also when my boyfriend slipped in the salon (no wet floor sign was in place) he really hurt himself. All they offered was an apology. Didn’t comp our nails, didn’t offer a coupon or anything to attempt to cover their behind! We could/should have sued!

My daughter and my nails are ruined from their service. I had been going to Spazio for a few years now and in the past few months the quality and service has gone downhill. In the past 3 months we had gone 3 times for regular manicures with gel polish. After the third time our nails are completely ruined. It turns out that the process they were using to take off our polish was absolutely wrong and totally destroyed our nails. Rather than using the gel remover and wrapping the nails for several minutes then removing the polish with a nail tool (which they used to always do) instead they used an electric drill bit to sand the polish off which removed layers of the nails. It is lazy and harmful. The last time we were there (which will be the last time ever) the electric file felt like it was burning my fingers because the nail had become so thin. Within 2 weeks all of my natural nails were broken, cracking, and painfully thin.
