“The staff was amazing extremely helpful. Because of my complete spinal reconstruction I was unable to drive the vehicle and realize this on my way home before I even packed the car to go to the destination I was planning on. I returned the car this morning and was told I would only be charged the $250 for the day and they voided the rest of the contract. I put in the 2.8 gallons of gas it took me to get the car home and back so I returned it on Full. I didn’t realize I would have to lean up on the strain. It was putting on my neck to drive the vehicle that I rented. It was a last-minute rental because I had a family member dying in Atlanta, but unfortunately, I was not able to handle the drive. I know what the holiday weekend coming up the turnover would be crazy fast and I’m sure they had somebody already waiting for this car. It’s my loss and I was hoping to have the car for one full week. This is the first time I have ever driven anything other than my 1996 Chevy Lumina since my surgeries. I did not anticipate how I would feel or the movements I would have to make to accommodate myself. The vehicle itself was beautiful just not right for me. I did start calling at 7 AM this morning was unable to get a hold of anyone and Got there approximately 8:10 AM to return it because I had to wait for a ride home from my older sister. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else though. Sorry I talk text due to my disability, I do hope this comes out correctly. I do thank them for their assistance with this entire matter. “I reserved a truck at the South Plainfield location, and Jason, who assisted me, was so pleasant and extremely accommodating. It was a busy day for him there. I waited for him to assist a couple of other clients who were before me. As courtesy for waiting, he applied an additional 25% discount on the rental. Not for nothing, after comparing prices of rentals with other competitors, Penske seemed to be the one who offered a deal. I highly recommend Penske. Jason was attentive and sweet.”

“Didn't know what to expect when I arrived here to rent the van because it looked as if no one was there. Once inside I saw George. He greeted me and asked how he could help. He asked if I had a reservation. When I replied no, he said not to worry, he had plenty. He asked where I would be going which I first thought was off but he wasn't being nosey, he needed to add mileage charges for the estimated charges. His estimate was on spot on, which meant no surprise charges for me ?. He explained the rental requirements and return expectations. My return experience was just a easy. Definitely recommend.”

“my car was broken I went with another rental company they took long time and preferences for their regular customers then I fed up because I have to go to work than I call auto tem within 5 minutes he sent a message to send details about me like id,ins,email next 10 minutes I signed up my agreement and get the car right away I prefer for another car without any hesitation they gave me another one. I am very much comfortable with them and the car is also well maintained and quality one. I might called 10 times a day not even one time they didn't upset on me all the time they talk politely answered me. please encourage them like this company instead of big companies. “We rented a 10ft Uhaul truck, which is ideal for a 1-2 bedroom apartment. I suggest you have dollies to move your heavier pieces, and load truck smartly as things can shift around. This truck drove very smoothly, had good pick-up with the v-8. This truck does not have a ramp, but is lower to easily step off, load your stuff. Not a complaint, but I would have someone get out, and physically assist when backing up. It can be tricky, and you are blind. Overall great experience, drop off at night no problem, left keys in drop box. This location on Rahway Ave is close to Route 1, and close to adjoining towns.”

I was struggling to find a wide trailer that would fit my Polaris Slingshot, and this location was the only one that had multiple units available. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, making the whole process quick and stress-free. “A&H Trucking is hands down the best. I am a logistics coordinator for a chocolate factory and our fundraising season has fully kicked off! I had a pallet sitting at a major LTL companies' terminal and they were refusing to deliver this for us when we needed it to... I called A&H and instantly received good service and relief knowing they will take care of my freight needs. Effortlessly; they came into the terminal, picked my pallet up and delivered it to the local high school for us. “This location is a Budget/Avis rental location. They do truck, van and car rentals. Staff here are helpful and knowledgeable. Most rentals these days are done online so usually you’re just coming in to pick up the vehicle and sign some paperwork. Make sure to check double check hours of operation online to ensure this location is open. We’ve rented multiple vehicles from this location and never had any issues, well except for their electric class vehicle (Volvo polestar) is really just not up to par as other electric models such as Tesla or Ford models even. Worth a trip but save time at the counter by booking online first!!!”
