Everyone there was so polite, friendly and helpful. Had to go there with letters I received trying to change my dad’s address because he passed. Thought I was going to be there for half hour and the woman there had me in and out in 10 minutes. I went on a Saturday so maybe it’s more hectic on a weekday, not sure. I don’t really why other people gave them 1 star but definitely better service here than Cranford post office.

Absolutely awful service. My 86 year old mother went to get information on a change of address that usps really botched. No seats in there and she had to stand in line. When she got to window, she was told the woman woukd be out in a few minutes. My mom stood and waited (not one chair in the office!)
Lady came out, looked at her and said she will be right back. My mom stood another 10-15 min. Lady came out again and said the same thing g, ignored my mom asking a question. A third time same thing happened 45 min waiting. My mom spoke to man at window and said she was going to fall over from the pain from standing. She said she has to go bc she can’t stand anymore, hoping to get some help , but the guy just said ok. Not for nothing, but this had my mom in tears. She stood there for over an hour and left in a great deal of pain with no compassion for senior citizens. Horrendous experience

I would give them 0 reviews if i could. We went to apply for our child passport who is a premie and we wanted to get him out as soon as possible but the front desk girl was so much occupied talking to her co-worker so she wouldn’t take us but stayed talking instead.

They don’t seem to enjoy their job and are not very nice to customers. Clearly they are not customer service oriented.

This location would not accommodate me trying to get my families passports. I arrived at 10:05AM, when I told the TWO people working that I was going to book a 10:15AM passport appt the night prior when I logged in at 10:30pm. When I logged back in the following morning to book them since our family realized we would be available for that time, I was unable to book a same day appt at any location. I decided to show up and see if I could be accommodated since it had only been 12 hours since the appts were available . The woman told me that I could NOT be accommodated even though I was the only one in the store. The second worker conveniently left the front area and the woman told me he is now on his lunch break, they plan their schedules accordingly and there isn’t anyone free to assist. THE STORE OPENED AT 10AM AND IT WAS NOW 1015AM. How can he already be on his lunch break?!?!? I cannot handle stupidity, deceit and rudeness. DON’T SUPPORT THEM.

When you call the number it’s impossible to get a human on the phone. The options that the automated voice messaging system have does not offer much help

I went there on my lunch break to ship a package internationally and Ivory helped me. She was so welcoming, nice and quick. She explained the process to me as a customer new to the process. I enjoyed my experience and will be back. Thanks Ivory!!!
