“through put the years I have been here many times, not for normal reasons, my dog kaya has had tail surgery ear surgery and issues on both ears. The care and professionalism of the staff is awesome.this thanksgiving was a hard one kaya had two tumors removed a malignent and a non-malignent. Today is January 12 2024 and I can say that my dog would not be here if not for their help and care. The best animal hospital in the area.”

“Today was our last visit at WOAH, and it would be an understatement to say that we will miss it (we are moving well out of the area). From the doctors and technicians to the front desk staff, we have never not been impressed by the extraordinary care given to our dog, Gus. Gus has required a bit of attention during his first three years – he's a power chewer and eater! – and they have treated him as if he were their own dog. I cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful team of people, and I am forever thankful for the kindness they have shown me and my husband when we were at our most worried, and of course to our boy, Gus. We will miss them very much.”

“Dr. Levine is a gem. We just got a goldendoodle puppy and this was his and our first visit. We came because of the high reviews and they were accurate. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional, and informative. Dr. Levine spent time with us, discussed issues we didn’t even think to ask about, and provided helpful tips not only to keep our new pup healthy, but behavioral and training suggestions as well. We made the right choice choosing South Orange as our vet. Last note, Sharon at the front will have you smiling the moment you walk in. She greets you with warmth, and it’s energy like that we don’t often see much of in the world anymore.”

“This office is a smaller branch of the practice. I usually take my dog to Raritan Animal Hospital but took her to this office to see the same vet we had seen before for my dog's condition. This office is much smaller and less busy, which was nice for both my dog and for me. The tech was extremely kind and did her best to put us both at ease. I wish I had gotten her name and hope to see her again next time we're there. Dr. Mills is great as well and took time to answer my questions.”

“Visited Maplewood Animal Hospital in Maplewood Nj for the first time today. Dr. Roger’s was excellent. I had gotten in my cats way as he was attempting a jump and forced him to land improperly. He became standoffish for a few days. I heard of Maplewood Animal Hospital so I thought I’d better take him there for a look over. Dr. Roger’s was excellent. My cat was at ease. He let Dr. Rogers examine him with no problems and he usually doesn’t take to strangers to easy. Dr. Rogers was kind and showed love to my cat. When I left there he was good and upon arriving home he’s been upbeat, running around the house and everything. Not in a corner hiding or anything. I’d recommend Maplewood Animal Hospital any day, and will definitely be going back . Thanks Dr.Roger’sJames Smoot”

“Good pets hospital inside pet store.Wait time might be pretty long, even if you have a scheduled appointment. I visit this place from time to time, and wait time might depend on time of the day. Early in the morning is better.Staff is friendly. A few times I didn't get a solution to my pets problem and felt like a girl on registry didn't really care or were willing to help. That's more of an exception though. Standard procedures they handle well.”
