“OK, so I've been trying to leave a review for Old Navy, Howell. I can't seem to get it to come up. After a disastrous experience at the Old Navy in Freehold yesterday, I was delighted to have a lead staff, Melanie, who used her head and her judgment and made my experience a gazillion times better. Going to a brick and mortar store is supposed to be all about the flexibility that comes with having human beings who are capable of discernment in the store. It's nice to see someone actually use their noggin. Corporate America, take notes from employees like this!!!. Honestly, it's such a great but rate thing to see these days. makes me 100% more likely to come back and shop at the store. It makes me feel good about the way that the store is managed and how they're treating their employees.”

“Store is packed with safe,fun funtional , up-to-date infant , toddler and kids. An assortment , clothing, toys , necessary products , accessories and beach related items . I could spend hours there outfitting a newborn and gifts for kids. The sales person was not nonplussed. I would have spent more but no suggestions or assistance. The store has , well thought out inventory.”

“Not all do, but, Tommy does Factory Outlet right. And, this particular mall is owned by Simon/Chelsea Property who also does this type of retail very well.Anyone who complains, ad nauseam, that the FACTORY OUTLET didn’t have their size or the color they wanted simply don’t understand how OUTLETS work. The same goes for those who criticize the dearth of helpful staff at the OUTLET.(If you want a particular style/cut of black pants in your very normal size 8/10 and staff members to wait on you hand and foot, may I suggest that you head to the Lord & Taylor at the NON outlet Monmouth Mall. Yes, you’re going to pay more at a regular retail store than you are at an OUTLET store. Aaaaaahaaaa)”

“This Lacoste store is much nicer than the one in Elizabeth jersey gardens, I rather drive farther out to come here than to go there. The associate Tia was very helpful,personable as well as being honest by letting me know what deals was goin on. I bought 2 jackets from there some collar shirts,sweaters,sweatshirts instead in Jersey Gardens they don't have nothing or not my size which I'm xl.everything I wanted to buy they didn't have my sizes for.”

“Went on 12/22/17 looking for a specific item from the "Jersey Girl" section, they didn't think they had anything for me. However the gentleman said wait I think I have something and came out with it and I left with the sweatshirt, bib and magnet all with my granddaughter's name on it. The clothing for children and babies is adorable . Both of the people working were beyond helpful and friendly we actually hugged before I left.”

“AVON BY THE SEA: Cameo Stores is a combination shop of beach goods, souvenirs, clothing, and so much more! Also an adorable girls dress shop for fine events and other clothing for kids. We met Gail, the shop keeper who was so friendly and helpful! She assisted us finding a NJ beach-themed T-shirt. Friendly and leashed dogs are allowed is ice. There is a lot of items squished in, so be careful walking around.”

“I have to say, the ladies working here today, were like angels, and extremely kind and patient with myself and my 4 year old with Autism. They went out of their way, imo, my son was over stimulated, and instantly upon walking in let go of my hand and began pulling folded clothes off the table and rolling around on the floor... I am a solo mom, with no help and they could absolutely sense that I am tired and overwhelmed. They got his attention on things so I could pay, they were all just very very kind. And helped with a return. I am very grateful to the Sunday ladies at the Gap in sea girt. Thank you so much from myself And my Edward.”
