Went into fax a 15-page document. I expected them to do it for me but it was self-service. So I entered in all the information and machine listed $5 as the cost for all the different credit cards, and I thought "that's fine" . (With hindsight perhaps what they meant was $5 is the minimum per fax. But I'm sure it didn't say that!) The document got scanned in and the screen informed me that the total was going to be $36 (plus change)! I couldn't believe it! It's not worth $36 to fax the document. The screen on the machine should have listed the cost per page before I even started the process. I had already entered the fax number I was faxing to, so it knew it was within the United States. Very off-putting. So I aborted the fax attempt and left the store.

I walk in 7 o’clock at night. Hardly no one is in the store. I want to have four photos printed. She tells me I can’t do it. I have so many other orders ahead of you. I don’t understand why they can’t take five minutes to try to help the customer. I feel like nobody wants to help you anymore, nobody wants to do their job. Staples has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen

I was very impressed with the size and inventory in this location. I went here to do an Amazon return and was eager to use my 10 dollar coupon. The person doing my return kept trying to get me to leave without printing my receipt and blamed it on a slow printer. I asked for my receipt and sure enough all he had to do was click print and it printed in 10 seconds .. I was planning to use the coupon on a 700 dollar laptop but I grew tired of standing by the laptops while 4 clerks walked past me without offering assistance and decided to instead only spend 30 dollars - just enough to use my coupon. I'll bring my business elsewhere !

10/10 when it comes to getting something printed! Went to brick needed something done ASAP and they were honest and said they wouldn’t be able to fit me in their already busy schedule. So they recommended the sea girt location and they did not disappoint!! Anthony walked me through everything and assured he could make it happen in time! so double thumbs up appreciate the help definitely recommend

After being physically on location, associate told me I could call in with code to start print process. He wrote number down for me. When I called they said no I had to return. Manager was talking to me and others at same time said he could just talk to conversation. Extremely rude, he was laughing at me. Told me to come back to store at 8:51 when they close at 9.

Tech support gets an A for service and professionalism. Store manager however, gets a C- for lack requisite follow-up with respect to a post sales issue. Not very wise, considering we're local businesses owners...

I actually just went there to do a return at the UPS drop off. There was a young lady named Sam working that area as well as the print service. There were 2 other customers before me, one of whom was a bit difficult. Sam took the time to acknowledge my presence and to assure me that she'd be with me asap. I've been in retail for close to 30 years and it's always such a pleasure to watch someone doing their job so well! I hope that she is well compensated as she is definitely an asset to the store and to the Staples brand. At checkout I was assisted by another very pleasant employee named Noah who is also an asset to the store.Lynn Donahue

The staff are always so friendly, helpful and answering all my questions. The printing department goes above and beyond. The store is always clean and organized.

Giving 4 stars bc my husband and I had such a pleasant experience printing photos at the photo center. There were 2 people helping us, I want to say her name was Cathy? I don't remember. And another guy who I recall was a giants fan. I wish I got their names bc they were awesome! Very friendly and wanted to make sure they printed out wedding pictures absolutely perfect. And they did a great job! Thank you!

Dave and Chris in the Tech Dept. are extremely helpful. Chris recently updated our McAfee and I didn't have to figure it out for myself. We've been dealing with Staples, Sea Girt for several years but bought our newest computer 2 years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a speaking engagement on October 23rd and although I had thought about making business cards I procrastinated in creating and purchasing them. On the 22nd I created business cards with ease and precision in Staples.com. I chose to have them created at this store since it was on my way to my speaking engagement. An HOUR before I'd be passing Staples I called to inquire as to whether or not my cards would be ready. Kayla, the young lady who answered my call was kind and courteous and offered me expedited shipping and a minimal extra cost. It was well worth the small fee but Kayla did explain that she had several people ahead of me but that she would do her very best. Kayla came through! She was literally cutting the last of my business cards to box when I entered the store! The customer service I received was above par! Thank you Kayla! Thank you Staples!
