I had an alert about my vehicle and my usual service dealer couldn’t get me in for a week. Fernando got me in the same day. They ran a diagnostic and identified the issue and gave me a quote with a video from the technician. Price was very reasonable. Very pleased - will be back.

I would never buy a car from them again salesperson talk to me into a very expensive bumper-to-bumper warranty. Try to use the warranty for my running board is not working even though I have video proof that they’re not working it worked when I brought it in two weeks later, cause that was their first appointment. $225 per line item for a diagnostic fee is ridiculous. Being that my car alarm has been going off every day multiple times a day that there’s no code it’s not under warranty and warranty will not cover it so let’s throw apart at it on my dime also my running boards not warrantable and we’ll just clean them for you my bill is almost $700 for a hood latch and cleaning that I can’t use my warranty. I paid thousands of dollars for. That is a bumper-to-bumper warranty that was sold to me when I purchased the car from the front of the dealership. This is absolutely ridiculous. Then to put the hood latch in, I was told I have to bring my car back on Wednesday, but I have to return the loaner car today so again I can’t lock my car now for days. If you want to, let’s get started with my truck that was sitting there for six months with electrical issues. At this point, I would’ve been better off going to a local shop that I usually use and paying outright to begin with still would’ve cost me about the same and a lot less headache.

Chris was an excellent dealer advisor and educator. We drove multiple vehicles to arrive at the car we would purchase. Although we were still in a review and discovery phase of our search, Chris helped us find a vehicle we were not considering which was a perfect fit for our family needs.

I normally bring my cars in for service but I had a prior appointment and I sent my wife to have my car serviced. She said that the service experience was great and they performed all the services that I had requested. Thanks to the service rep and to the tech who did the work.

I came in for an oil change and for them to check the recall on my Yukon . Ron my service advisor was very nice and helpful . I didn’t wait long for the service and the waiting area was nice and comfortable. Very happy with the dealership. They treat their customers very well . Thanks Danielle

This is the best service department. I had an accident and they took care of my truck . It was a very easy process and they were very helpful. This place goes out of there way to make sure you are happy and I appreciate that type of service. The truck looks fabulous and see you again in the future .

I had to have the engine replaced on my 2019 Sierra and requested the no heat issue be repaired at the same time. The engine replacement took over a month and the no heat issue was not even addressed. I requested a loaner car but was not accommodated. The labor cost was outrageous and they couldn't even give the truck a wash. I would never recommend this dealership.

I had a brake control module programming issue-called the dealership at 730am and they said bring it right over. Mechanic had it in his capable hands by 8am and I was back on the road by 9am for a very respectable diagnostic/reprogram fee. I have NEVER been let down by T&T Coast; yet have numerous stories of dealership FAILURES from other places that aren't even in the same league at T&T. Keep up the great work. There's a reason so many come to T&T for sales and service-CUSTOMER SERVICE which most places (not just car dealers) have totally forgotten.

I called with an issue that developed with my card over the past few weeks. When I called, the service department immediately checked my warranty status and found that I had less than a week left on my certified used warranty. They scheduled me to come in 2 days in advance of the expiration date and completed the repair while I waited. I am very impressed with the friendliness, helpfulness and expertise at T & T Buick Service Department. I would just like to add that we had a similar great experience when I purchased the car!
