The business relationship involved building 7 multimillion dollar homes. After 5 satisfactory builds, I contacted Carmen Freda regarding minor repairs to complete the sale on the 6th home, as the 7th house was underway. He's response was an explosion of harsh words and hanging up on me prior to the conclusion of our conversation.The total lack of respect and flagrant unprofessionalism is childish and was completely uncalled for.His unprofessional manner continued on the 7th house with very few returned calls, emails and texts which resulted in limited communication. As the 7th concluded, there was no communication whatsoever.I would not recommend this company.

It has been a pleasure building a shore home with JF Builders! Joe and Carmen have made the process enjoyable and have been terrific to work with! If you are planning new construction at the Jersey Shore, you won't be disappointed with JF Builders!
