We do a sunrise yoga every year and it is a highlight of our beach week! It’s a combo yoga, meditation, stretching class. Modifies for everyone even if you’ve never done yoga before. It’s so lovely on the beach and seeing the sun and waves.

I just had a session with Teri for my bachelorette party, and it was an amazing experience. She did a wonderful job facilitating connection and working with our skill levels. I would highly recommend her!!
