Very accommodating. My cousins ran into some hard times with their 4 kids and they had a room for all 6 of them. Very good place.

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in The list is just too big of all the things that are so wrong with this hotel it should not be in business and not charging what I paid felt sorry for the man working there only reason why I did not Dispute charge for this room Luckily bought our own sheets blankets towelsIt was only one night so we suffered Read all the reviews before booking this hotel wish I didRooms: The bed is from the 70s the walls have holes in them there's a crack that you can see out the front door There is black Mold in the shower This place should not be in business and not be on any booking companySafety: When we arrived there was 4 cops surrounding the building something going on but nobody wanted to tell us not feeling very safe thereNoteworthy details: If after reading all the reviews you still At this place I would suggest you bringing a hazmat suit Some protection Rubber Sheets Your own sheets your own blankets your own towels And a very Thick bed pad to make the bed Something you may sleep on

You get what you pay for but the rooms are clean and it's very close to the beach, VERY LIMITED PARKING.

It's clean , a little old but they are working to improve it tremendously, you can smell the cleaning products when you get in the room. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Only problem I had was the lack of parking spaces. Unfortunately you have to get there at the right time to get a spot but there's plenty in the street. Linens are always clean. Tile floor (thank God) will not stay where there's carpets! So you can see the floors are clean. I'd stay here again 100 percent

Who ever owns this building, fire your manager. Horrible service. 6 parking spots only . Attitude from office staff was horrible. . Manager did not warn of the parking zones, we were not from here. Only 6 spots. Over 20 something rooms. When I asked him about this. He simply said rudely, should've done your homework before you came. Wow. Holes in the upstairs walkways. Headboard in room 17 fell on my son's head. Two towels , for a four person booking? Upon arrival there was yelling and screaming by two tenants that reside there. Manager did nothing. This place is a lawsuit awaiting to happen. Perhaps that is a good idea. . ridiculous. Do not book a room here. You will have a horrible experience.

Nicest people ever. This is my second stay here I'm sure I'll be back. Location is a block from the beach, price is unbeatable. My son and I each had our own room and bathroom.. pool is deff a plus.

If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. Urine and mold stained wrinkly, worn out sheets. Terrible plumbing. Dark, dingy rooms. Black mold growing on the sides of the pool. Tiny bathroom with half a roll of toilet paper. 30 year old microwave, fridge and TV, which didn't even work. Air conditioning worked, but you had to stand on the bed to turn it on, and it was very poorly installed, see photos. I watched them clean a room. They don't vacuum. I was coughing all night from the dust in the carpet. Owners were very nasty. NEVER GO HERE! Fairly close to the boardwalk. They would do better to tear it down, and build a parking lot.Safety: Stairs to the second floor were crumbling concrete. The whole place is a safety hazard. Black mold growing around the pool.Noteworthy details: Six parking spots for 20 plus rooms. Their claim of free parking is a massive exaggeration. NO HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY!!

First off Jersey Shore is unequivocally known for it’s absolutely nonexistent free parking for businesses and the overly inflated parking fees the town now charges since they seized all properties that used to accommodate those businesses and their customers in the past. Seaside Heights has been nationally famous for its run-down motels and the outrageous prices they charge for decades and has always been the main draw to the shore after the hard partying everyone enjoys day and night. As most people will agree and attest to, this area is absolutely NOT suitable for small children or (lolol) “Karens” overnight. The property manager Al and his associate Kim are two of the most gracious humans to bless the Seaside Heights motel community and these “people” complaining on here about them and the motel, all googled or inquired the cheapest motel in ocean county area and was the only way they were able to book their rooms they paid for and yet they expected otherwise?!?! Please…..Safety: Cameras everywhere throughout the motel property and almost every surrounding building, home and business within view. Police station two minutes walk away.Walkability: Two block walk to boardwalk, food and and amusements.Food & drinks: Almost everything you can think of.

Literally infested with bed bugs and did not realize until i was ready to go to bed AND WHEN I tried to get a refund or some type of compensation due to the fact that I would no longer have a place to stay at for the night they refused to give back any money or compensation!! Literally ridiculous!!

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms, however, are awful. The bathroom does not even have an outlet for a hairdryer. The room is old and dated and I had to lydoldown the bed before I was comfortable even getting into it. The hotel is very rundown and needs a lot of repairs.

Rated for price, clearly great value. Rooms are very basic with an old dusty ambience, new owners are keen to improve including asking me to write an honest review to help them know what to improve. We suggested a chair beside the table, a mirror at the wash basin and deeper cleaning, as well as the room freshing they want to work on. They deserve your support,so give it a tryWalkability: Beside 7-11, 5 min to main activities and bars on boardwalk
