The pharmacy staff is rude , uncaring.. They don’t care about there customers and get away with it.. Because it’s the only Drug store in seaside Heights.. The worst cvs I have ever dealt with and have lived here for 6 yrs… They all need Etiquette school! Absolutely horrible.. Had to call corporate in order get my prescription filled… Ridiculous

The cashier tonight was so rude and unfriendly and unprofessional and dressed like she had just cleaned the boardwalk after the weekend!!! This CVS is so Convenient for all local residence, I have been going there for many many years. What an unpleasant experience she was really bothered that she even had a do her job.

If I could give 0 stars to this pharmacy I would (not sure about the store). I called my local CVS when a med was on back order, and they sent me to Seaside AFTER SPEAKING TO THE PHARMACIST that they had one bottle of the med in stock. I drove down, and the pharmacist was probably the rudest professional I’ve ever dealt with. I kindly told her what I was there for and she goes “you’re going to need to wait annd see if i can do something” slams the door, and has me pull around. and then she was nasty the entire exchange even though my home pharmacy already spoke with her. She then tells me how my insurance won’t cover the med because there’s one less pill than it needed to be filled. I explained that the med was out of stock in the entire country and she promptly told me that wasn’t her problem. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE dealt with someone so rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I wouldn’t send my dog to that pharmacy. I’m so patient and the least “Karen” person ever. This is my first bad review in my life.

Luv CVS in Ortley Beach/Seaside. Staff is always helpful and friendly and always goes the extra miles to be kind.

I've been going there for over five months. I have to go back 4 to 5 times to get my prescriptions. I've asked them several times. Please have all my meds come at the same time they can't get it together. Today I went to go pick up my prescription and they gave me two pills went home and had to go back had to pay for a second order because they already said they prescribed it and can't take it back, I believable I'm done with this place

The pharmacy staff has a serious attitude problem..Very unprofessional. Always out of stock prescriptions time & time again ..They like to blame the manufacturer for the failure of having LIFE SAVING medicine on hand ..This store needs a whole new makeover ..

Twice I have used the self-checkout here and both times my card information was stolen and used in another state the SAME DAY. I told an employee the first time but it seems nobody cares. Don't come here unless you want to spend time with your bank disputing charges from theft!

Juliana in the pharmacy was so helpful and patient and kind! She helped my mother and I when we got down for vacation and my mom realized she left her meds home. She helped us figure how to contact her Doc and what to ask for! Thank you again Julianna, you helped make our vaca!!
