Okay location- beds linens were not clean, shower curtain had mold. Old style bedding and mildew smell. not the best seaside stay.

They were very rude to us not nice people at all. The place its self was fine. You are getting a shotty hotel over priced they charged us extra. I would stay at a different place

Great place. If you go with expectations that you will get a very clean room with a great staff & excellent location. You will love this place. & reasonably priced. So happy I found them & will 💯 use them again.

And perfect for us to surf fish right up the street from the motel. I would recommend it!!!

Great low key, standard room by Seaside Park boardwalk. Note: no coffee maker but it does have mini fridge and mini microwave and small table with 2 chairs.

Older rooms but super clean. The female owner at the check in desk was very helpful and kind, so she gets 5 stars. Some sketchy characters living in the motel long term, but the motel is just two blocks from the beach and many restaurants, plus the big arcade is down he street.

Nearby activities: Very close to the boardwalk - just 2 blocks
Safety: Some sketchy people staying there long term who were loud at night
Walkability: Very pedestrian friendly

Me and my son had a great stay at the Franklin Terrace Motel in Seaside Heights. Very clean room. The owner is very kind and very helpful. We forgot our wallet and he mailed it back to us in Canada. Very honest of him. Five star!!!

Hotels location/proximity to the boardwalk is about the only good thing about it. There was mold on the shower curtain, skirting on the bed, and in the shower itself. The vent was coming out of the ceiling, sand in the sheets, just overall dirty. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and as well as the pillows. On top of that a pipe burst in the room below us (not a huge deal as this is uncontrollable) but the constant knocking on our door even when we said we weren't decent and following us the our car to discuss the issue (after we said we would stop at the front desk) as our hands were full felt very pushy and intrusive. Our hands we're full because we decided to check out one night early (with no offer to refund for the inconvenience).

I love this motel and the owners who run the place. The location is a block away from the middle of the boardwalk. And as far as seaside motels rooms go, these are about as good as it gets.

This motel is a great place to stay. The owners are so sweet and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and it’s a half of a block from the boardwalk. Very quiet here too, not overrun with lots of parties and noise. Great family place, we look forward to coming back again.

Definitely a 5 star for a motel. Staff was extremely friendly, room was super clean. Pool was clean. Steps to the boardwalk. Will return again.

The rooms are tiny but clean.There's a kitchenette in the room, but you'd have to bring your own pots/pans/dishes/cups/napkins/utensils/etc. There is a small microwave and small fridge in the room, but no coffee pot/machine.It's a convenient location for walking to restaurants, etc.
