BUYERS BEWAREI bought a basket that ended up not working out on my bike. as well as a few other items. Went to bring the basket back today and the Very Rude person that was working told me they don’t accept refunds! Immediately he had an attitude, telling me that his baskets work on every bike. So he also does not know what he’s talking about as this basket hit the wheel of my bike.I asked him where it was stated that that was his policy, and he slid over displays that were on top of his counter to show a piece of paper that said no returns. Clearly being under a display, that was the same display then I was there two weeks ago to purchase some items, is very under underhanded .I will also be reporting the store to the Better Business Bureau. Policy signs need to be displayed clearly when purchasing items.There are a lot of bike shops in the area so you’re not doing yourself any favors by ripping people off. I will never be back and I will be telling my neighbors in the area to also not do business with this store .

Top notch service - my daughter had a seat stolen from a new trek bike. I asked if they carried the same seat; owner tells me to come back the next day and hands me a similar used seat - no charge. Needless, he has gotten my business since then. Great selection of bikes and gear at their Toms River store. Ortley is a great location for simple/common gear and bike service.

Went in there for a new kickstand, he fixed my handle bars and adjusted my brakes, all for $15 got to use this guy. Great service!!!

Extremely rude owner! Called to ask if it was possible to exchange bicycles that we won on the boardwalk at Easter because we were told that we were able to. Obviously, we couldn't do it on Easter Sunday. I kept the bikes in my garage and never touched them in hopes we could get a credit and then pay whatever the difference was for a new bike. I didn't even get to fully ask my question and he was extremely rude telling me I cannot call 6 months later and as I was trying to explain myself, nothing but an attitude came out of his mouth.

I brought in two old 21 speed bikes for a tune up. The staff was very friendly and honest and only replaced what needed to be replaced. Our bikes ride like new. It is nice to see a small business that still takes pride in its work.
