Very rude, I deposited my check, and they wouldn't cash it even though 4/5ths was approved because they "didn't feel comfortable." The teller and manager asked me a hundred questions like I didn't own my bank account, even though I had my ID, my debit card, and used my pin right infront of them. Not sure why they felt the need to be so rude. Not sure why the manager that day asked me if "I know how to use an ATM." But I closed my account.

Most inconvenient hours possible. What bank especially on the beach where people come from all over the world isn’t open on the weekends? Pretty pathetic if you’d ask me.

Terrible customer service. I had them cut a certified cashier's check for $10,000 for me. But I needed desperately to use the restroom while there doing business. They wouldn't let me. Guess I'm taking my money elsewhere....

The tellers are extremely friendly but that's it. The hours are awful. Closed Saturdays and Sundays and forget ever trying to go to the bank on Monday it will take a minimum of 25 minutes if the line isn't that insanely long. Looking into moving both accounts and my credit card
