My child attended Cadence Academy from age one to five years old, and we had a great experience. She loved this school and all of the teachers she had. All of the staff were kind, professional, and supportive, and provided us with consistent communication and feedback. It was always clean and provided a great curriculum, preparing her for kindergarten. I would highly recommend this school.

I would say this is the cleanest and most organized structured daycare/preschool my son has ever been too. All of the staff for the most part are all sweet and very professional. However if you have a kid that is experiencing lots of behaviors or has ADHD this is not the center for your child. My son was enrolled here and I pulled him out to attend a 6 week therapeutic daycare to work on behavior management as he has ADHD and was having some issues with his behavior. I was reassured that they would hold his spot and that he would be able to return once completion of the program. Since then he has been in the program a little longer then expected and has been started on medication to help. He is now ready to transition back to school and when I called Rosie the director to discuss his return it did not seem like they wanted him back basically judging him based off of the person he was over 3 months ago. I was told she was concerned on how he would behave in a larger group and that she doesn't have the staff for that. It did not seem as though she was willing to give him a fresh start and even see the progress he has made... So here I am one week before his discharge back to school looking for a new school that will welcome him with open arms WITHOUT JUDGEMENT SMH!

My wife and I were nervous to place our kid into another person's care, however cadence has provided us with reassurance. The staff and teachers are always friendly and welcoming. We receive updates regarding diaper changing, feedings, naps, along with pictures. Our child is in the infant room and they provide fun and engaging activities that aid development such as sensory mats and story time. We are so relieved to be able to trust Cadence to take care of our kid!

Worst experience!! When I chose this place for the care of my daughter, I thought I made the best decision as they presume to be the “School of Excellence” but on the contrary, the second day of her attending my daughter showed up with bruises in her inner thighs both sides, like if someone hold her down super tight to change her diaper. On the 4th day she had multiple scratches and red marks both side of her neck by last day I noticed bruises in her side of the stomach. The teacher who was in charge of the classroom by the name Stevie Faust who says has 10yrs of experience working with children, didn’t follow the safety protocols of the Academy as she didn’t report the incident of the “scratches” right away and handed me the report without the Director signature. On the report she stated that my daughter scratched her self during nap and that her left earring fell off cuz of it. Parents be alert for any signs of abuse in ur children.

Cadence is an amazing place! The staff is wonderful and every teacher there cares about the students not only in their classes but in the school as a whole. It’s wonderful knowing my child is cared for while I’m working. I never have to worry about how he is doing because I know he is always being cared for and loved!

You will not regret becoming a part of the Cadence Academy Sewell family! We have nothing but exceptional feedback regarding the wonderful staff, their admirable curriculum and their overall nurturing and delightfully organized culture. They go above and beyond to ensure a regimented and inclusive environment, assembled schedule and supportive classroom for their students. This Cadence team has created a turn-key routine which helps both us as parents, as well as enabling our son to thrive - for that and more we couldn’t be any more grateful. PS - Our five-year-old tells everyone that his teacher, Miss Susan, is one of his bestest friends!! If that isn’t the best news any mother could hear, I’m not sure what is :)

My daughter enjoys going to school. When a situation arose, the school did everything they could to resolve the problem and reached out personally to assure parents that the situation was being handled. The teachers have loved my girl as their own child and always show so much care and attention.

My daughter has been attending Cadence Academy for almost a year and a half and I couldn't be happier with the staff here. Deciding on Cadence Academy was an easy decision for me. With my daughter having multiple food allergies, the staff and directors made sure that they would do everything to keep her safe while in their care. The open communication is exceptional and her teachers love her like she is their own! I would 100% recommend Cadence Academy. Thank you for all that you do!

My daughter is 3 years old and has been in this school since she was just only 8 weeks old. We went from pre pandemic polices to pandemic policies in place and now hopefully coming out of it all ON TOP !! Cadence Academy has always put their children and staff first. Giving them a safe and healthy environment. Today was the Best Day ever, parents were finally allowed to enter the school building after 2 years of a pandemic. Following my daughter into school as she was so excited to show me to her class room and do her morning routine nearly brought tears to my eyes. She kissed me goodbye and immediately joined the other Children in a circle to participate in their morning activity. I left for work feeling so happy knowing my daughter was so happy and comfortable where she was. I returned to pick her up and again seeing the children all participating in a dance activity, all so happy, and so proud of themselves nearly brought another tear to my eye. Cadence Academy is doing a great job !! My daughter is growing and learning so much from the teachers and staff here . This is a safe and healthy environment with structure and routines in place . Thank you Cadence Academy for putting our children first !

We could not be happier with the genuine care Cadence Academy of Sewell gives our child. The teachers and staff are all extremely friendly and open with communication. They also work with parents to come up with different solutions they can use in the classroom if there is anything going on (in general or with our young toddler). We are truly grateful for their attentiveness, helpfulness, care, and time they give all of the children to properly grow in a safe and fun environment. This is a very positive, happy, healthy school for children to learn and grow.

Our daughter has been in the infant’s class since she was 8 months old and she has blossomed so much. We love that her time there is productive through activities and interaction with other infants. Miss Courtney is awesome at taking great pictures and posting any communication through the app. We don’t ever wonder what our daughter is learning in class because we get an agenda every week with what’s going to be covered in class.

THIS REVIEW WAS WRITTEN FOR BRIGHT BEGINNINGS ACADEMY. Cadence took over after this review now the school is awful they took all the love and personality out of the school. Everything that made it special is gone.I was so scared to go to daycare after our experience with the last one especially with our daughter only being 1 year old. I couldn’t be more happy with BBA they are all amazing every teacher the entire staff amazing! It’s like a home away from home we have a 1 year old and a 5 year here and they are excited to go to school everyday. Not to mention I went here 25 years ago and remember loving it just as much back then too! Some of the staff is still the same which tells you a lot about this daycare if the staff likes it enough to work there all these years it must be great!

Great vibes just exude from this school! My little one started her educational journey at Cadence in August and we couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. Her teachers treat her “big feelings” with such kindness and grace. She loves going to school each day and I have been impressed with the depth of the lessons provided— from practice and prep for real life skills and lots of literacy and social skill building. We love the daily pictures and check-ins which give me such a sense of reassurance as a working parent. My daughter’s Cadence classroom is filled with opportunities to make music, get her wiggles out, be creative, and they have a beautiful outdoor space. I am happy to report that my daughter has enjoyed outside time nearly every day she has been there, which is a top priority for our family. We are so thankful to have found Ms. Katie’s wonderful learning space and have had a really positive experience this far!
