Just purchased a car today from here . Anthony helped us out greatly. I went in for another car but he was very honest with me since it was my first car. Told me I should look for something else . Nothing was in my price range so o left. He called me as soon as I got in and let me know a car just came on to the lot and I should check it out. It was great. The fact that he remembered what I was looking for , searched for my number and called me was such a blessing ! Definitely coming back for my next car . Thanks again Anthony !

Bought a car there less than a month ago, it needs a new motor. This is something that they would have known and could have mentioned. Then it would have been on me if I bought it. The sales guy also lied about how many miles was on the vehicle, then told me the “actual” number on the carfax report after he swiped my credit card. I will not buy from here again. I hope no one else has the same issue I did if they buy a vehicle from here. I would give zero stars, but that’s not an option.

My car completely broke down on the highway ended up being rear ended called Anthony said they would fix the initial coolant problem with the vehicle, and they never did The place is a complete rip off.

To the ownership of Car Change
After two weeks of owning the vehicle a oil leak started to occur I immediately called your sales representative Anthony, I was told to continue to put oil into the vehicle until I got back into the local area. it was stated that your company would fix the problem. I bring the vehicle back Anthony said we won’t be able to fix the problem call your warranty and take it to another repair facility I have the repair facility diagnose the issues, They reach out to the warranty company and they say none of it is covered and the dealership should take care of it.
I continue to top the vehicle off with oil like Anthony said to.
Tuesday August 20th I called the dealership and explain to Anthony. The vehicles RPMs are all over the place, multiple lights on the dashboard and the vehicle leaked all of its oil out he offered no solutions.
at that point I stated either your dealership fix the problems with the vehicle or I will be requesting my money back and towing the vehicle to your facility then Anthony said do not call here or come here at all.
I would hope you guys do the right thing and repair the issues with the vehicle I also do not have my tags They expired on the 22nd
if we are not able to come to an agreement I will have to escalate the issue by contacting the Better Business Bureau and MORE

absolutely worst experience of my life pay them $16,000 upfront for a Lincoln mkx Anthony pushed on me when I said multiple times I wasn’t even there for this car ended up convincing me to buy the car knowing it had a bad engine replace the engine under my warranty as told by the warranty company because I called them put another engine in the car and didn’t put any oil in the new Engine. Then when I tried to ask what they would do rectify the situation. Anthony literally cursed at me and I had just got in the car and haven’t even driven it for an hour. Their mechanic said the engine being completely bad was my fault. I am absolutely sick to my stomach with this Company. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. So we will see what they do and we will go from there. This has been an absolute nightmare do not buy from here. Do not buy from here do not buy from here do not buy from here

I had a car I really did not want to get rid of but I came across a vehicle online that literally had everything I wanted to do with my current vehicle so immediately I said in my head “ Its time to upgrade I've got to get that!”. But only issue was I seen a couple of reviews that spoke about the same issues so I was really hesitant to deal with the dealership. Once I began dealing with these guys I was actually very impressed!!!!!!!!!! Anthony and the owner I believe his name is Harry were NOTHING BUT HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE, ETC…. Shannon who I've only met once is very sweet and my baby loved her!!! I've had very few MINOR problems with my vehicle and each time I called them I was told to come get it checked out ASAP and they made sure I was squared away!!! Shortly after bringing my new vehicle home I got it thoroughly inspected by a certified mechanic they took over an hour doing that and THANK GOD they found ZERO issues. Lol I did ask about Gary the mean guy the reviews spoke about and he's no longer there! I highly recommend!

Seems to be a fugazi...I can't get anyone on the phone to do business with me...called, emailed, and text and still no response....terrible way to start me even wanting to consider doing business now with this company. Wouldn't recommend.

Read please before you go to this dealership!! Please! Hi everyone! My review to this dealer is 0 start and less. reason why i want you everyone to know this people are real scamers i bought a car pay 10,000 and in less week, broke and had and accident. the who from part fall and on the right side flew off in a in less than a week. Police did not found any reason for the car to broke the way it did i was only 40 miles per hour and didnt crash with nothing and when we went to the dealership complained to them he treated my husband and I very badly kick us out, they refused to let us speak to the owner, we found out he was the owner and lying to us. Please open your eyes and don't go to this place. I paid 10,000 and now I have to pay the 4K mechanic for all the damage that the car already came with. I'm only 18 and we're young. I don't want anyone to go thru the same. Thanks for reading!
