Coles Music Service is a wonderful place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They absolutely know their craft, providing honest and excellent service. Repairs are made on site quickly, often the same day, and are priced fairly and reasonably. They handle every instrument from student flutes to professional saxophones, performing diagnostics and fixes for issues like stuck valves, leaks, and pad problems. They also sell instruments online, which are packaged well, shipped quickly, and exactly as described. This business rents to both schools and individuals and can handle specific brand requests. It is a great place highly recommended for all musical needs.

The day of my child’s first concert ever, her trumpet broke. I called Cole’s, and they could not have been more reassuring that they could fix it or at least get us a rental. They were able to repair the issue, and my 11-year-old went from heartbroken to giving a great performance. Thank you for saving the day!

I purchased a previously owned Yanagisawa saxophone from Coles Music thru a third party seller. Communication was great, shipping was very quick and the horn was packaged carefully. Would highly recommend
