“I love going here I have been going here since I was a kid with my mom. Ms. Kim always does an amazing job. She is always busy but will give you a ticket to show you what day of the week you can pick up your items. She always gets things done on time and you should probably come a few weeks in advance if you know you’re going to need something sooner rather than later. She takes card but it has to be above $10 I believe, or possibly a bit more. Her work is amazing and I always get my jeans hemmed there.”

“I was in a panic because none of my suits fit before a work trip In a week, I thought it was hopeless... but she tailored all of my suit jackets, pants, skirts, and dresses so perfectly, in 3 days. Literally blows my mind the before and after, it’s not just shortening pants that are too long - she tailors your clothes to your body. She took a dress that was 2 sizes too big and altered it in shoulders, bust, hips, and length, now it fits like glove. The suit jackets I gave her were too wide in the shoulders and loose in the body and long in the sleeves - NO PROBLEM. Some of the pants I gave her were too SHORT - still not problem. Everything fits like a glove. Get the tailor, it’s totally worth it.”

“Clean, different options for load sizes and costs, machines are in good working order, and there's even a fun vintage "pinball" machine where you win a ball with each play (25¢) ~ would give full 5 stars but on a hot day, even with fans, it's really hot (but I'd prefer that to higher costs to use the machines). There's a box with donated books & a magazine bin and a few other donated odds & ends ~ very obviously a caring community.”

“Washer and dryer died needed somewhere to wash clothes and comforter towels etc. did not have time today because of kids hockey out of town dropped off this morning paid and everything and picked up my clothes washed folded perfect!!!! “This was my first time using a laundromat. J and K Laundromat was very clean, tidy, bright and super organized. I liked using the pre-paid card, rather than having to cope with coins and bills. The staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. Byron was especially helpful the entire time, even offering to help fold my clothes, although I politely declined. Dollar/coin vending machines with drinks and snacks were available. This was a positive experience and, should the need arise again, I definitely would recommend J and K. Thanks!!”

“Okay this is rare but this place literally has nothing major wrong with it. Great service and clean environment friendly staff. You pay a normal or even a smaller amount for the washers compared to other laundry services. they give you credits for the dryers based on the size of the washers, making them free to use in most cases. All the washers and driers work all the time you go there its rare for one to need be broken. They also offer a paid washing service where they will clean your laundry and fold it for a fee.”

“The good thing about orange cleaners is they where open on a Sunday which was really convenient I didn’t expect the price of cleaning one garment to be 18 bucks for a jacket. The quality was OK family owned. It’s all about that. What I do it again probablyJust a big garment”

“So I've experienced plenty of issues at laundromats in the past. Always at least 1 broken machine, even with only a few available, horrible service, et cetera. One day at Stratford I ended up with a detergent issue where the machine overflowed, and unfortunately, my items got super soaked. I realized it was likely due to detergent remaining in the second-hand item & overdoing in the machine. I called the service number listed and immediately received some guidance. Best of all, a guarantee someone would come out to check on it. Now ordinarily that wouldn't mean much, but since I've seen the owner & the workers on premises, I trust it & low-and-behold it was soon fixed (I believe within the day). So though it was a bit stressful, laundry tends to be & I'm thankful it was addressed quickly & efficiently for other customers too, not just myself. Other messes & situations that come with the territory are also cleaned up pretty quick. The service workers are very thoughtful too.(Side note: it's a generally welcoming place, doesn't just feel as consumerist as many other chain laundromats & franchises, I guess because it's local. Best way to put it: I feel like a regular person coming to do laundry there, not necessarily just a customer. The quality is definitely better & more reliable from my experience.)”

“This laundry faculty is GREAT. I think it is only 4 or 5 years old. Various size washing machines. Big size dyers. Place is always clean. I've been going here to wash+dry my cloths mostly early afternoons during the week and it hasn't been crowned. So I can get my laundry done in an hour+ half. And there is a clean bathroom in back for customers' convenience.”
