“I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees. “I really like this Jockey store, and the folks working there were super helpful on a visit a few months back. I ended up purchasing some new undergarments, all of which have held up so well so far and are clearly high quality, as well as a casual cotton long-sleeved shirt.I liked it so much that I actually bought it online in two other colors also. For $20, it's super cozy yet presentable, so you can go out in it or sleep in it.Prices are reasonable for the level of quality. I prefer the stuff I bought there better than my existing stash of undergarments, so I'm sure I'll return someday to replenish the stock as needed.”

“Stopped in there to make an online return, looked around and had got some new items. When doing my exchange at the register I had told the women I wanted to order a new size skirt. She had told me their system had 1 in the store of the new size I was looking for. She had asked the other associate if she could look for it she brought up two different skirts both with the new size I was looking to get. I tired on both skirts, while in the fitting room the lady brought me one more to try that she found. It was exactly the one I was looking for. “Wow, what a helpful employee in Gloria. I had some time to kill at the Airport and walked in and saw they had their golf shoes on sale. She showed me the styles and I told her I'd think about it and be back. One cheesesteak and 7 wine samples later (thanks Vino Volo), I returned. I picked out the style I wanted and told her my size and she winced a little and went in the back and came out with the same shoe in a different color so I could try it on. I did and I felt like Cinder-f'ing-rella in this shoe! Awesome. She explained that I could order the shoe. I asked if I had to come back to the Airport to pick it up as that would not make it a good value. She laughed for a good 20 minutes and finally I had to stop her as I did have a plane to catch. She told me I could have it shipped to my house for free, which is great since I didn't really know how I would squeeze anything else into my bag. I did have to pay FL Sales Tax since I was technically ordering online. In an age where lone workers are running a store, she was a rockstar and was multitasking with me and other patrons of the store. Thanks for such a great experience which I didn't expect in an airport shoe store. Thanks Gloria for such a positive experience in a world where you don't see that every day.”

“I went early in the afternoon during the week, so it wasn't super crowded. I was able to try on a few things, and the attendant in there made sure things were clean and ran smoothly. Once at the register, the wait wasn't very long as there were 2 cashiers. They both seemed friendly and worked as quickly as they could to help get us out in a timely manner.
